Pros:We had to wait a while for pick up due to the number of people renting. Pick up was further delayed because I found a dent in the brand new car that was missed on their initial inspection. Staff were very helpful, courteous and apologized for the delay. The car was, clean, comfortable and excellent value. The return/drop off was very smooth and efficient. I would definitely use this location again. One word of caution... cab drivers do not want to take you from the Ft. Lauderdale airport to this location as it is only just "off airport" so the cabbies will try to rip you off with "flat fares" We paid $13, another lady was forced to pay $20. The fare on the meter was $10.
Cons:I reserved a rental (SUV) at the ft. Lauderdale airport online and the morning I went to pick it up I was told I could not rent from them without a major credit card (no debit cards) and without a round trip itinerary. I live local so I didn't have a round trip itinerary and didn't feel the need to use a major credit card because I was going to pay with a debit card. If this is their policy at the airport location then why would it let me reserve a rental online with a local ID. Clearly if I have a Florida ID I'm not going to have a round trip itinerary. The person working behind the counter didn't even offer to try and call another location to help accommodate us he just kept saying good day. Every time I went to speak he'd saygood day. My husband and I were told we would have to try and call another location. Might I add my husband and I were expected to be in Tallahassee around 3 pm. to pick our son up from college. We then-proceeded to look on our phone for another location after calling around and told sorry for the inconvenience but the location on Sunrise had a SUV we proceeded to go to that location to be told they only had a Hyndia Santa Fe which was not large enough for us but all we could rent unless we used a major credit card so we used our credit card and they gave us a Dodge Durango now 2 almost 3 hours behind schedule we then finally leave town. We proceeded up the state stopping in Ft. Pierce for a quick bathroom break and to get something to drink and that's when we noticed a German roach on the side of the center console. My wallet was sitting in the console so I grabbed it and then saw 6 more running around underneath and then my husband grabbed his drink out of the cup holder and another one was crawling on it. We right away got on the phone with enterprise and were told the closest location to change out our rental that had a comparable vehicle was Orlando international airport another couple hours away. Trying to get there quickly because we did not want roaches in our personal belongings we ended up with a speeding ticket. Yes we were guilty of going over the speed limit but when you're in a vehicle infested with roaches you kinda want to get out of it. The Orlando airport was very accommodating and had wonderful customer service but they did not write anywhere on the paper work that the vehicle had a roach infestation which then leads me to believe someone else is going to end up with the exact same problem but they did switch us out right away and were very apologetic. Needless to say with all the hassles from start to finish we did not arrive in Tallahassee until 8pm in the evening ruining our plans for the day. When we returned the vehicle in Ft. Lauderdale at the Sunrise location the gentlemen working took care of the rental charges which we appreciated but start to finish this was a terrible experience which ruined out short 2 day trip and plans and overall I would never rent another vehicle from them.

Cons:When I booked the car I searched for Rentals at the airport but it booked me for offsite. When we got to the airport the enterprise there wouldn’t help me because the rental was booked at a different location and the offsite location wasn’t answering their phone, they closed at six (it was 5:30), and I ended up booking with a different company. Enterprise was no help.
Pros:Easy check in.
Cons:They didn't tell me I couldn't check out at the other location where i dropped off. I was told that the car would need to be transported back to original destination before check out...and I should call them in a few days to make sure it is all set.
