Cons:Road assistance couldn’t located me. Left the car there and get home with Florida Highway Patrol. Spend half of day on phone, the day after to be sure that they pick up the car and then get another car. They still couldn’t locate Rest Area 63 on I-75! Customer Service give me a refund of 100$ (for the 2 days that I didn’t have the car! Not for the problems occurred). But at drop off in Fort Lauderdale, they couldn’t give me this credit. Suppose to be done directly by Customer Service, wath Customer Service apparently is not aware.... I’ve been transfer between Road Assistance and Customer Service so many times ! Very bad service, car not in good shape. Never again with Budget. I travel every month and this was my first bad experience

Cons:Pick up in Ft Lauderdale airport was terrible. More than 1 hour wait time in line at counter. Drop off also poor, about 1/2 wait time at Budget/ Avis in Orlando. Need more agents!!!

Pros:Car itself, a 21 Kia, was excellent, a nice car to drive.
Cons:Waited over an hour and a half in ridiculously long line to pick it up. Poor signage sending budget people tp Avis for signin. Only 3-4 clerks to wait on multiple snaking line. I will report to Costco, never had such a long wait. Also charged for fill up when I returned but told her I had filled it up myself as I said I would on pickup, will see if $40 credited back. Car itself great, but will check out Uber for next visit.

Cons:BUT we thought we would pick it up at the airport!! that is what we plugged in on kayak! when we got there, they said the rental was for the city of ft Lauderdale, not the airport! they would not provide a shuttle to the rental office!! we paid $35 for a taxi!! I will think long and hard about using kayak or budget again!
