Pros:Drop off was very east. Pick up was a little confusing.

Cons:Charged for Accident insurance which was declined at the time of pick-up (I have the Agreement). Currently dealing with Cust Svc. This (non-airport) agency did not have my reserved car available even though I confirmed day before. Waited 1.5 hours for a car I didn't want. Car had no wiper fluid in it... poor Agency. Do not use this one
Cons:I requested airport pickup and drop off, didn't notice the confirm had an off site location. Had to take Uber to the location and pay extra to drop off at the airport.

Pros:Staff was superhelpful - could not find my AVIS preferred number so the wait was painful! Drop off took 10 seconds!
