Pros:Great staff. Amazing car.
Pros:Steven at pickup was great and very helpful. He did not try a hard upsell, which has often happened to me. At drop off, Kristian was wonderful; there was a small bit of damage and he was comforting and helpful. He was very clear about the process.
Cons:When we had to change the time of pickup because the airline cancelled our early flight it was very difficult to work it out; office hours were sketchy (no 24/7 service from Sixt on the phone) and the communication among the staff seemed less than perfectly effective. In the end it worked out though
Pros:helpful, friendly staff (what else would you expect in Glasgow) convenient central location 5 minute walk from central station and next door to motorway system for north south east or west from Glasgow. I even got a upgrade to larger car! Great value will certainly use this company again on my frequent visits to glasgow

Cons:Car that I booked through your website was not what was confirmed by Sixt. Multiple hours spent trying to resolve with no luck. Will not utilize the service again.

I paid for my rental on your site. I got to the pick up location and i had to pay an extra approx. 100 pounds in order to rent the vehicle .... so the total your site gave me was not in fact the total.
Staff was fantastic at pick up and drop off. However, we prepaid through Kayak and our vehicle was not available. Our only choices were to go without a vehicle or pay double to upgrade. The last minute rental was a bit pricey to begin with, and the final cost was exorbitant.
Cons:Booked through kayak no car available didn't get a refund till now
