Pros:Quite convenient from LAS airport and friendly staff, nice car
Pros:Absolutely nothing. Being discriminated against because I was wearing a law enforcement star on my mask, being absolutely rude and stating that my reservation was cancelled. Told the lady before me that they had plenty of vehicles but they were pretty expensive, so she turned away. I had a reservation that they would not honor and when I asked what else they have available told me “absolutely nothing, we are sold out” I said “excuse me, you just told the last lady you had plenty but they were expensive. I clearly can pay for a rental since I originally reserved a Jaguar” his response “ummm....let me see what I can find” we were presented with a volvo car for $2,300 or a volvo suv for $2,500. My reservation for a Jag was only $1500 for the THREE DAYS! But we moved forward with the suv. Got to the car and it was absolutely DISGUSTINGLY FILLED WITH POT SMELL! Went back to the key pick up desk to tell her about the smell, she said no problem we have plenty of vehicles and just swapped it out for another car! So clearly they had an abundance of vehicles!

Pros:Check in and check out process was very efficient. Price was the least expensive for the type of vehicle we needed.
The pick up process was a constant up sell opportunity for the staff at all parts of the process. The car had more damage than was noted and it took about an hour to get it noted. All workers except for the front desk were contractors and acted like they didn't know what to do as they were not sixt employees. Got wrong information more than once and then just a signed note to bring back at the end of the rental period.
Pros:Starting from the check in process of registering for the car rental up to the return process in los angeles, the first time experience with Sixt is truly commendable. I appreciate the gentleman who gave us the upgraded VOLVO for our car rental. He was nothing but excellent in Customer service skills. Will come back to rent again.

SixT lady was wonderful. I won't put her Name on Here but she's from Hawaii and she is the reason I keep going back to Sixt when I fly to Vegas
Pros:The staff was friendly
Cons:I did not Receive the car i reserved. I asked for a large American sedan. I got a wimpy German sedan. The car absolutely reeked of marajuana and tobacco. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and feel the company did not live up to their promises. I would not book with Sixt again or recommend their service to a friend.

Cons:2 hour wait for car hidden extras long wait for service counter
Pros:Friendly pickup, a little less friendly drop off. Very clean quality car. Quickly felt confident in this new to me company. Many new, clean and luxurious cars to choose from. Not used to having the exact car I rented available at pick up. We were offered another car at a "discounted" rate that we chose and were happy we had the extra space for our bags.
Cons:No constructive criticism that I can think of.
Pros:Shuttle service, check in, check out, price, everything.
