Cons:After waiting at the Budget car rental coun ter for over 50 minutes, in line, the Budget rep. told me, "I can't help you with this registration." You will have to get on another shuttle bus outside, and go to an off-site lot, about 25 minutes away". Or, I can give you a similar car here for 316.00 for 4 days. My reservation was for 157.11 for the same period. Bullshit company!@!!! I will never do business with Budget again, and I will NEVER do busainess again with Kayak!!! And, I will tell everyone I know in 42 states!!!!!!!! You are all operating a scam program!
Pros:The car was good and ran okay, although it consumed a lot of gas, it did the job. Price for value was good.
Cons:Drop off was very stressful. No one told me that the location will be closed by the time I arrived even though I mentioned that my drop off will be 9pm. There was no working number to reach out to anyone and ask. Even the 24 hour number wasn't working. I was very stressed because I had to catch a flight in 2 hours and needed to drop off the car safely. I also did not have access to internet connection to look up other locations. I had to call roadside assistance. Luckily the lady on the phone was very kind, and helpful. She looked up other locations and was kind enough to arrange a dropoff at the airport. PLEASE make sure this is clarified for other customers in the future. And thank you :)
I didn't realize the location was so far from the airport, so we had a few unexpected things we had to deal with. (More expensive taxi fare to pick up the car, and unexpected length of time it would have been for a taxi to get there to take us back to the airport. Very fortunately for us, Budget allowed us to drop the car off back at the airport, or we could have missed our flight). The staff was Wonderful to deal with. The price was great.

Cons:Our car was not ready for us at pick up. The cup holders were full of spilled soda. The rental agent at the front desk continued to attempt to add insurance to our rental agreement after being asked to delete it.
