Pros: Friendly staff very helpful. Easy to use. Not any real hidden costs either which I was worried about. You were also given a list of previous damages to the car
Cons: No real complaints. Bit expensive for insurance but that's it.

Pros: The 2017 Toyota Yaris , a small car was great. Drove 3000 miles with no problems at 35 to 36 miles per gallon.
Cons: Had to inflate tires when outside temp went from 114 F in Las Vegas to 50 F in Northern CA.

Great rental company, would use them again.
Pros: Great rental company, would use them again. Customer service was fantastic. The van we rented was 400$ cheaper than anywhere else for our 10 days.

Disappointed with first time Sixt rental.
Cons: Booked a SUV but none available at time of check in. Upgraded car offered but still a car and not the SUV booked. Returned car with indicator on F. Got charged after the fact claiming they had to put a gallon of gas in. Would only consider refunding if I provided receipt for fill up. I had discarded receipt which was pointless as it does nothing to confirm anything other than I put gas in it.

Cons: Sixt sent an e mail 1 week after my return to state new damage was discovered AFTER the car was returned that was NOT discovered at the time of surrender. I strongly disputed this claim...& asserted in 20 years of renting autos in Las Vegas, I have never had this problem arise. I Also pointed out that I have been employed 32 years as a claims investigator for a major midwest insurance company. I have heard nothing further regarding this blatant attempt at extortion for additional money from a 1st, & LAST time consumer!!!

Charged way more than expected
Pros: Quality of the car
Cons: We ended up paying 581 to Sixt + 72 to Allianz instead of 281to Sixt + 72 to Allianz. The insurance you offered online does not cover the required insurance of the State of Nevada. Also, other charges such as age excess were not included. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE overall.

Pros: Did not have to carry luggage down a floor like the car rental companies across the street. Did not have the car I requested but they upgraded the car at no extra cost.
Cons: No complaints.

Cons: Unless you buy THEIR insurance rather than the one offered through kayak.com they charge extra for spouse second driver!

Horrible customer service
Cons: Very unaccomadating to changes in schedule and terrible customer service provided from very rude staff. No one was able to answe basic questions and at the end of the day I did not feel and value

Pros: I walked in and even though I'm in my mid 40's there was young vibe but didn't make me feel old. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Also, the prices seemed fair and reasonable.
Cons: The only issue I experience was the wait time to get my car but in fairness it was a Sunday afternoon and pretty busy. It did seem to take a while though. I guess I was just ancy to start my Vegas trip. Otherwise I enjoyed my experience and will rent from here again.

Pros: Free upgrade. Fast return.
Cons: They try hard to sell you up. Pleeeeze. Slow check in. Much faster to carefully cross street for shuttle to airport than get sixt shuttle to other shuttle.

First time customer and I was impressed!
Pros: Great car! Comfy and in great condition
Cons: The car was generally clean... but the dashboard and door arm rest could have been much cleaner. Just very dusty.

Pros: The people we talked to at the car rental desk and return, as well as the shuttle driver were all very nice
Cons: Did not get car that we had pre-paid for. Desk agent said that you were over-sold

Love the company, car wasn't a good choice for long distance
Pros: Everyone we dealt with were really great, from pickup to drop off, even when we needed to extend our rental. The employees were very courteous and friendly; even their uniforms and office decoration are fun. The vehicle we got was new and in great condition, it's not their fault that our vehicle wasn't very comfortable on a long trip, which is, ironically, why we upgraded.
Cons: My only complaints are that the rental was more expensive than I would have liked, and the vehicle was uncomfortable for a long trip.

Pros: Good rate for an excellent car.
Cons: The radio and navigation was set up in Spanish. We couldnt figure out how to reset it, so we just didnt use it. That was a real bummer.

Great car for a great price
Pros: We picked up a Mercedes C300 which had excellent power and comfort
Cons: It took a while for the staff to get our car and provide it to us when we arrived to pick up. Further, the car had some damage on the driver side bumper which was unfortunate and just took away from our experience. Lastly, the airbag alarm was dinging loudly in the car all the way to the hotel which we could not figure out how to turn off. Our valet service figured it out though so we didn't have to go back to the Sixt Car Rental for help.

Will probably use again
Pros: I somehow made a mistake when I arranged my rental because my agreement had me arriving 12 hours later than my actual arrival time. The clerk on-site was able to get me into a car in my original price class anyway. When I had a question about the vehicle condition report, she went out of her way to get me an answer. The employee at the return area was also helpful and made sure to get me on my way quickly so I was able to take the shuttle bus that was about to leave.
Cons: I haven't looked at new cars in a long time, so a cheat sheet on how to operate a car that doesn't come with a key would have been helpful. So would a warning that said, "If you're over 5' 8", don't rent a Yaris." Finally, I found the drop-off area confusing and had to guess where to park my car.

Great value and great car
Pros: When we arrived there were several vehicles for us to choose from and they were all great. The customer service was great, the prices were cheaper than the rest of the companies. They got bad reviews, but I was super impressed. I'll choose Sixt again for my future car rental needs.

Sixt rental Las Vegas
Pros: Easy drop off and pick up even if across the street from the Large car rental place. Van that picks you up was quick just a few minuteses wait time. Car was clean and just what we needed.

Do what you advertise
Cons: Prior to ordering a luxury rental car of which we wanted the Mercedes C300 I researched and saw on the website that Sixt allowed debit cards. While my intentions was to bring a few credit cards I mistakenly left them at home rushing. Get to Sixt they tell me I can't use my debit card for the rental and while they allowed me to rent a SUV it wasn't what I wanted or what was advertised on there website. It was NYE my family and just had a long flight, I own 2 Mercedes and 2 BMW's but couldn't rent what was advertised - That was a frustrating moment.

Pretty good first experience
Pros: Price was key to trying Sixt for the first time. The shuttles were very efficient, even though at LAS it took two to get to/from the rental center.
Cons: Picking up the car took about twice the time I expected it to.

Loved the car selection and rates
Pros: The whole rental fleet appeared to be very new and mostly premium cars! Great rates for Mercedes etc!
Cons: Having to take a second shuttle at rental car terminal was a bit of a downer

Refreshing New way of car reantal
Pros: Ease of booking Pickup Facility look and cleaniness Wecoming staff, very professional Great value, fantastic quality. Got what I was promised at a very reasonable price. Overall I am a very Happy customer.

Awesome rental experience
Pros: From the minute I walked outside Mcarran Airport's rental car center and saw the Sixt shuttle pulling up, I had a smile on my face. Sixt rental car is literally across the street from the rental car center but lugging heavy bags across an intersection can seem daunting so it's very convenient for them to have a shuttle. Upon arriving at Sixt, I waited about 5 minutes before I was being helped. The lady across the counter was very helpful and friendly. I was able to snag a black on black BMW 3 series (2016 model with low mileage). Needless to say I was very happy with the car and the fact that it was new and premium just as advertised. There is a $500 hold on your credit card until you return the vehicle but it's not much of an issue considering you are in possession of their $30k car. The car gave me absolutely no problems and I drove it everyday (although I did insure it in nearly every way possible). Drop off was easy and took less than 5 minutes which was ideal since I was running late for my flight home. Of note, Sixt was able to extend my rental by one day at the same rate I booked on Kayak (don't know if this is the norm but I was super happy I wasn't getting overcharged). Don't know why people complain about hidden fees. I had no such issue and I was careful and attentive to what the representative was saying (just pay attention and you won't get any surprises). All in all, 5 star experience from Sixt. Will be renting with them in the future!
Cons: The only sad part was the BMW I rented had quite a few scratches but that's not Sixt's fault so no harm no foul.

Overall good price
Pros: Selection of vehicles to upgrade
Cons: Was charged for refueling when the car was returned at the level given to me. A rep wrote on the receipt 7/8 but the return clerk said she would take care of it. Then I get a bill for refueling. Not happy...

Okay but a few qwerks
Pros: It was cheap and their online express check-in made things quick during pick up. Location was close to the rent-a-car center (across the street). And the staff was friendly during pickup.
Cons: The car the gave me had 2 dents, not a show stopper. When I dropped the car off, the tank was completely full and they said that if I didn't show them the receipt, the would charge me a flat rate of 13.99. I told them that I had just filled it up and that if need be I could go to the gas station that shared a parking lot and put in a $.25 worth of gas and give them that receipt. They responded that it was too late at that point. After staring at the clerk completely flummoxed for a minute or two, she finally agreed that the policy didn't make sense and "took care of it."

Nice cars, ok prices, awfull staff
Pros: Nothing since I never got the car.
Cons: Sixt staff generally have a a poor attitude, and that goes for the company as a whole, in most countries. I have a corprorate account with Sixt which I rarely use because they can't get their act together and decide what their policies are, every booking is a gamble. This time around I walked away with nothing and crossed the street to Hertz instead, that is not unusual at all. Fortunately my new account manager in UK called the location and I later returned to pick up the exact car that I had been refused earlier with the exact same documents that they had not accepted earlier. It did however cost me another $200 due to the more expensive rates I had to pay with Hertz.

First time renting from sixt
Pros: I got the Mercedes GLA that I was promised at an excellent price. The customer service I received was exceptional! Will definitely be renting again with sixt!
