Pros:Cars to choose from within selected category, quick pick up, very easy and convenient access to the rental area via rental shuttle buses in LAS.
Cons:The car did not have backup camera or sensor, maybe some of the other cars did, but the one I had didn't. I didn't think about checking if there were other cars with backup sensor or camera available. The Heartz GPS that I couldn't turn off was a bit annoying at first, but I got used it and learned to ignore it eventually. At night it is distracting.
Pros:I finally ended up with the Ford Fusion that I wanted.
Cons:I chose Thrifty for an American car. At the counter, they said a Ford would be "doable". In the lot, there was one Chevy Impala and a bunch of Japanese trash. The Impala had a bad bearing which wobbled like crazy on the highway, so I had to return it. Once again, the clerk offered the cars I didn't want. I noticed a Ford Fusion in another area, and asked about it. After much hemming and hawing, they finally gave it to me. I paid extra (for Thrifty over others) because their listing with you specifically offered American brand cars. That's what I wanted all along. Now I know not to trust that listing with Kayak.
Pros:Staff easy to deal with. Helpful in securing luggage and directions to airport.
Pros:It was a very comfortable car. Your desk girl at pick up was so great. She evan made us laugh after a long grueling flight. I wish I would have gotten her name.
Cons:Mostly the comfort of the seats. Also we had so much room for all of our stuff.
Pros:Affordable price with a different drop off location.
Cons:The pick up process... 45 minutes in line is never okay.
Pros:We had great service when we arrived. Courteous, professional. Everything I would expect, and more. Gave my family bottled water while they waited for me to check in. We were off to our hotel in minutes. Car was great and returning it couldn't have been easier. Bus to our terminal was waiting for us. Thank you for a great experience!

Cons:Read the info on their site about debit cards, dont remember seeing anything about no local debit cards. So, I will stick with FOX or Budget, I have used budget in a few cities and think they will be my only company.
Pros:The price was OK. The car was great. The pick up and drop off were quick and easy.
Pros:Comfortable and plenty of room for the 6 of us.
Cons:Somebody forgot to clean the back of this mini van! 6 empty beer cans were left there and found by the kids...
Pros:Car was clean and new.
Cons:The line was long at the rental counter.
