Cons: I did not like daily having no towels and washcloths, everyday I had to call and then tip someone. I also thought it was ridiculous to call for a Diet Coke, I tried to purchase one downstairs, they would not sale it to me. After calling room service they came up with 2- 6 ounce bottles, no ice, then they had to get me ice because I could not get it by myself. Total for 2-6 ounce Diet Coke $20.00, then a tip, total $25.00. Ridiculous!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good clam chowder
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The best thing about this hotel is the no tipping policy. I have lived abroad for over 25 years and get so confused on what to tip and hate fumbling around for dollars. In addition, the reception staff were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. I very much enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I had the pool to myself and the staff there were also really helpful. Great touch to have a dark make-up towel in the bathroom as I always feel guilty when I make a white facecloth messy with my mascara. I will defiantly be back. Thank you.
Cons: No complaints

Pros: Great location with everything close by. Would stay here again if I was in Boston.
Cons: The shower needs a better screen. Water gets on the floor.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Tv was awesome Clean rooms Friendly staff
4.0 Okay
Pros: Nice staff let us check in early. Had no problem with us hanging out in the lobby when our flight was delayed.
Cons: REALLY tiny room. Kind of a snooty vibe, even though the "Downtown Crossing" neighborhood is a little sketchy. Be careful walking around at night!
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Room had a strange layout, was very dark. Only had 1 window to an inner courtyard, very dark.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Breakfast was in the café. Not a great choice of Food.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location
Cons: The bathroom door was a sliding wooden door that does not lock and staying with multiple people where a bathroom door doesn't shut/lock probably was the only odd thing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location....excellent Very comfortable room. Housekeeping was very good
Cons: Coffee shop attached to hotel was lovely but very pricey.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were comfortable for me. The rooms big loved the tv. The staff was very accommodating and the hotel is located in a fun area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is centrally located in downtown Boston and was an easy walk to all the sites we were interested in seeing. Close to the Freedom Trail, harbor area, North End, and Beacon Hill so loved the convenience. The staff were friendly and prompt in responding to our needs. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I loved how clean it was, and everyone so friendly! I told them we were celebrating our honeymoon and they sent a nice card and bottle of prosecco to our room.
Cons: A tad spendy compared to some places I've stayed. I don't like that it was Saturday night and the bar closed at 11pm even though there were several people sitting there drinking. The coffee shop closes early as well 630pm. However you can walk down the street and get coffee or drinks elsewhere.

7.9 Good
Cons: Gym very small and too crowded
6.7 Good
Pros: We ordered a bagel with butter to our room and it was $16. That’s ridiculous! Also very difficult to control room temperature. Raise the thermostat one degree and it’s a sauna. Drop it one degrees and it’s an icebox.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The air conditioning worked well.
Cons: Love Loew's hotels. However, this was one of the lowest quality ones I've ever stayed in. A glorified Hampton Inn, if even that. Avoid.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff was friendly. Everything else was lousy. We ended up staying at a different hotel even though we prepaid for this one.
Cons: The hotel was rather old. Our first room smelled very musty. They kindly relocated us to another room, which was less musty smelling. Another couple was also relocating for the same reason at the same time. The pink taxi was not available bc no driv
7.7 Good
Pros: The location was he best part of this hotel. Everything downtown was a short, safe walk (T stops, Fanuel Hall, Quincy Market). The room was small for the price but it was well kept. Everything was clean and staff was quick to respond to any requests we had.
Cons: Our AC/Heater broke on our last day there so we had to move rooms because it could not be fixed that night. It kept making an awful buzzing noise every few seconds and would have made sleeping impossible. It was about 8:30 at night and it was really the last thing we wanted to do. Fortunately, they had another room available, and they told us it was an upgrade (it wasn’t), but it was still a process to have to pack all of our stuff up and move it. No discount was offered for the inconveniece. Otherwise the stay would have been perfect.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Staff very helpful.
Cons: The price of brunch.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a big hotel and was full - but it seemed like we were the only ones there. Minimal noise from other rooms above or beside ours. The Room Service was excellent. We came to see a doctor at MGH but enjoyed the city and could easily walk everywhere.
Cons: It was expensive but worth it!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, the bedding, the ice in container at night, the slippers, along with the chocolate .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The quality of service at the Langham is exceptional. I've never stayed in a hotel where the staff were universally excellent, the accommodations so truly comfortable, and so many lovely extras included. I stayed following an historic blizzard in Boston, and being in that space, so warmly greeted, every need considered -- I can't say enough about how wonderful this establishment is. I would stay again, every time I'm in Boston!
Cons: Nothing.
9.0 Excellent

9.1 Excellent
Pros: Clean, quiet, and relatively posh with ample room size. Luxury, but not high end luxury...hotel has good bones, but is older. Still a nice place to stay
Cons: Modern amenities in rooms for technology not really available...no charging ports, limited plugs even near the desk. Also the restaurant was not open at 8:00 pm on a Tuesday, just the bar with a more limited menu.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel vibe and decoration
Cons: Unpersonal chck-out process
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, clean. Good location. Nice restaurants. Great gym.
Cons: Beds were very soft—hard to sleep. Staff was not exactly consumer-friendly. They were “officially” pleasant but not helpful. Eg. I was initially told that I could extend my stay in the same room as it wasn’t booked. After I booked a room online (at their request) I was told I’d have to pay $50 more to extend my stay in the same room even though it was going to be empty. (Our room had two beds vs one king). So we would have had to pack everything up and move for one night—why? They called back and agreed to let us stay in the room we had but it made for a frustrating experience. Why charge more for same room with different numbers of beds if they are all empty?
7.1 Good
Pros: The location
Cons: To have separate space for the event attendees.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice comfortable hotel with good location near Harverd square.

Pros: I liked the location being so close to Harvard. The room was great and fell a notch above what I was expecting.
Cons: The pool was not part of the hotel but connected and therefore had weird restrictions on kids using the pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bedding (down comforter, great pillows), and the air quality/climate control were outstanding. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and the bed was actually more comfortable than my bed and home (and I'm fussy). The pool was excellent.
Cons: No coffee maker in the room. Refrigerator packed with overpriced bar stuff. I was annoyed, but the NY Times outside the door in the morning put the smile back on my face.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is good, close to the red line, 10 min with underground to Boston city center. Breakfast was good but it was not not included into the room rate, free coffee is provided in the restaurant for the guests, but we were not informed about this.
Cons: The personnel on the reception and portier could be a bit more friendly and helpful.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location! Location! Location! And the view.
Cons: Expensive sleepy breakfast arrangement. No in-room coffee maker, and a "hidden" free coffee area.
7.9 Good
Pros: The rooms were great.
Cons: The pool wasn’t good at all. Very limited hours. It was really a pool for the gym. A bit misleading.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed! The TV in toilet!
Cons: No
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location! Comfy beds
Cons: I missed a refrigerator in the room I could use, and coffee-making facilities

10.0 Excellent
Pros: That I found out that they do have a pool and fitness center
Cons: That I had to go
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The lobby and room are beautiful, and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful.
Cons: Construction around the hotel detracts from the location. Once construction is completed, it will be a great location.
7.9 Good
Pros: The property was very clean and modern. However the 40.00 fee for parking is a bit much. Most hotels have free parking. Also we had gone out until 2am and wanted to sleep in and enjoy the luxury of doing so. However at around 6:30-6:45 not sure if it was housekeeping or a guest but for about 30 min there was squeaking of carts outside of our room. Then after that people were talking very loudly so by then I was awake and could not go back to sleep. The other thing we were supposed to have a king suite with a city view and we did not have that. Overall the stay was ok but feel you could do a little soundproofing to the rooms. Not sure if we would stay here again as the only real benefit was the cleanliness and modern look.
Cons: I did not like that we did not get a room with a city view as we had reserved . Also at around 6:30am for 30 minutes there was squeaking of carts or something nonstop. Then people speaking loudly. This was a getaway for our anniversary and have children so we wanted to relax and sleep in. That for sure did not happen. The other thing is the 40.00 fee for parking for one night. Precious hotels we have stayed at we have had ample parking and it was free and we were it charged. I understand paying for valet but to park at a hotel your paying for is a little too much. The other thing is you hotel is so new and modern it should have some soundproofing. We should not be able to hear people talking in their room next door or whatever they are watching on television.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is very convenient and a lot of shops and restaurants that you can walk to.
Cons: None.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel, newly oponed, conveniently located next to Assembly metro station. Rooms are modern, comfortable and quiet, international style type decoration. Good bed too. Service is excellent ! I would recommend this for couples or business travelers
Cons: Breakfast buffet selection could be improved
2.9 Mediocre

9.6 Excellent
Pros: loved everything
10.0 Excellent

9.6 Excellent
