Location drastically understaffed. One poor manager running the location alone, doing her best with a small stable of cars clearly behind on preventative maintenance. Waited two hours to get a vehicle (not in the class I reserved but a substitute), and with a broken window taped closed; otherwise I was told there would be no vehicles available. After returning the vehicle hours early I was charged an unknown $75 fee and received no receipt or accounting for this fee.

Pros:
The staff who helped me at pick-up was very kind.
Cons:
1. the car smelled like cigarettes. 2. They did not have the class of vehicle which I reserved, and I was given the worst vehicle i've driven in my life. I needed a car for a golf trip, and the vehicle I was given couldn't even fit 1 bag of golf clubs in the trunk.
