8.3 Excellent
Pros: Quite central to Birmingham New Street Station so really convenient to travel anywhere in the area including tram stop in the front. Great breakfast option as well in the morning. Bed was comfortable and rooms were clean.
Cons: The access to the Hotel is not very well sign-posted/marked. It can easily be missed (the entrance hallway on ground floor can do with branding and decorated better to state its a hotel as the reception is on Level 2).
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Cost
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I liked the facilities in the room especially the kitchen facilities.
Cons: The location is central but a bit too crowded although when you are in the hotel you do not feel like you are in the centre of town

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the accommodation
6.8 Good
Pros: Before my stay I requested an earlier check in unfortunately this was not possible when I arrived at the hotel. When I did try to check in that was a nightmare! because I had missed the fact I needed photo and booking.com created a Mastercard for my payment. Which ment I was unable to prove I was the person who made the booking. The staff were not helpful which made the whole situation stressful, I even offered my debit card as guarantee which wasn't accepted. Lucky I was able to contact my son who sent me a photo of my passport. I just felt the staff didn't believe it was my booking, they were not interested in looking at my booking confirmation. This whole situation took an hour to resolve which put a sour taste on things. Breakfast was terrible! All I ate was toast, due to the poor choice for vegetarians the only thing available was sloppy scrambled eggs and beans. The hotel concentrated more on choices for breads. Breakfast not worth the money at all.
Cons: Staff unwillingness during check in, they were more than willing to take my money and deny my stay and the very poor breakfast.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly. Gave us a map and directions and we we able to leave our cases after check out. Good breakfast.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really really nice and great value for money. In a lovely area, a little outside the city, but still a very nice location with a nice choice of eateries within walking distance. We were a family with three teenagers.
Cons: Liked everything.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: - The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. - Our Room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed - It was easy to check in and out which was great as we arrived late and checked out early - Good location + really close to BMI priory Hospital where we were going the next morning - lovely bathroom with great shower - 3rd floor room was quiet which was nice
Cons: The Food: Sadly the room service and it was terribly overpriced. The burger my partner ordered was £16 and was dry and the meat was half the size of the bun. I had a pizza and chips for £11 which was more reasonable but it tasted like an oven pizza. With drinks we spent £40 and we thought we’d have a treat but it was so disappointing.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice clean rooms
Cons: Check out is at 10am which is very early for a hotel. We asked for a later check out and were charged £20. However the next morning we were woken up by the cleaner and by hotel reception calling us so there so no point charging us!! Need to work on service and also change the check out to 11am at the very least otherwise it really is not value for money at all. We were also put in a room next to a loud party and had to request a room change at 12.30am. Would not return.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very lovely area, nice and secure. Parking secure and on site, helpful when you have a nice car and care about its security. Rooms lovely and clean, decent interiors and comfy beds. Check in/out very smooth and professional - no rush when it comes to check out which is also nice. Recommend 100% and will definitely rebook in future.
Cons: Nothing, maybe a little addition of alcohols in the menu would top it up but thats not a biggie.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel very clean and modern Great location
Cons: Sometimes there were a few cleaning issues overlooked The rooms are compact with not much storage or space for personal items
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location. modern and quiet
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous hotel for a very good price, the staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was superb and part of the deal. The location was close enough to Birmingham city centre but was peaceful and quiet.
Cons: Nothing everything was better than we expected.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The rooms and facilities were excellent.
Cons: The restaurant was the worst service I have ever had in my entire life. A full review of operations is required. Ordered my meal at 8:45 and received our entre at 10:00 only after complaining. The waitress totally forgot our order. No apology from her. There were at least four other tables around us that complained about time or wrong meals served or both. Sad thing is the food itself was ok. Until they fix their issues I definitely wouldn’t go back Not even a 1/10
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Ideally situated for our visit of the University, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Very dog-friendly (allowed the bar, even offered breakfast in the bar). The beds were extremely comfortable, the room had good room-darkening curtains, power shower and large fluffy towels. We used room service and had a delicious pizza! Good place to stay for the university (lots of people arrived for the first test match at Edgbaston on the day of our departure....) Excellent breakfast!
Cons: Nothing...

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Clean.
Cons: Rather rude receptionist
8.8 Excellent
Pros: As this is a new hotel, the hotel itself is spotless and modern. Staff are fantastic and on hand for any requests. Free breakfast is also another benefit which is great. Although breakfast was busy, food was topped up and hot so can’t complain.
Cons: My only fault with this hotel is the parking facilities. The parking outside the hotel is limited to 2 hours. Further down the road underneath the bridge is free parking over night, luckily I was okay to get a space as room is very limited. I had to run down at 8am just to put a few hours on the meter. Another than this, can’t fault the place.
6.8 Good
Pros: Clean rooms, good staff, ease of booking, rewards scheme. Also good location and spacious showers and bathroooms. also a nice tv, but i didnt have a chance to use it! Slept well - nice and quiet.
Cons: Hotel is functional and clean, but limited facilities. No gym, dreadful food menu and sitting area feels more like an airport waiting lounge. that said. its affordable, well located and the rooms were spacious, so cant complain too much.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast varied and tasty
Cons: Would be nice to have more toiletries in bathroom without having to ask for them.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, close to the New Street Station. Complimentary breakfast was really nice. The staff and everyone was very friendly. Room was very comfortable and clean.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was spotlessly clean and modern. The rooms contained everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was perfect with a good selection of hot and cold items. We would definitely stay again.
Cons: Due to the roadworks and road closures in Birmingham the hotel was tricky to find, but we got there in the end!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: just supurb
Cons: noisy neighbours but dealt with superbly by staff

Cons: Need more laundry machines. Need to see staff smiling.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was brilliant and good value for money
7.5 Good
Pros: Location was amazing. Modern decor and the small gym.
Cons: There was construction work at the time so had workers in the entrance and ... . Also the air con produced some kinda grey dust that sat all over the room.
6.3 Good
Pros: Facilities + Location
Cons: The first time I stayed there was in late September 2018. Everything was great. I then booked to stay there in July 2019 with my family as I really enjoyed me last stay. I noticed there was two new staff in the reception. They were not happy for giving toilet tissue and garbage bags for every day. We were three adults in the apartment, so technically we need toilet tissue and garbage bags per day as offered by any Aparthotels . However, we felt that it was not okay or unwelcome to ask for everyday supply, so we ended buying what we need from Tesco. Also, we suppose to have a free cleaning after the first week of stay, but they crossed it out. All in all, I am not feeling excited to book in this place again. I wish that the management speak to the staff to be more friendly and pleasant.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great facilities and lovely room.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It’s central location, very clean and friendly staff.
10.0 Excellent

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The whole experience of the hotel was amazing i have booked for December 2019 ..
Cons: Noting
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent modern facilities with well organised space and storage, it provides a very quiet environment. It’s located with walking distance of Birmingham’s main shopping centre.
Cons: The main drawback was the mattress which was very firm, due I think to the bed folding into wall and mattress having to stay upright without bending.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely toiletries and tea making facilities. Room was always presented well and a pleasure to come back to after a busy day
Cons: Would have like a little more variety on the hot dishes for room service
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable. We were checked in by a lovely lady called Ruby who was more than helpful. The bottle of fizz sent to our room was a lovely touch to help us celebrate our marriage.
Cons: More signs around the hotel would’ve helped locate different facilities especially when walking up and down the stairs where the signing was non existent.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: View over the lake
Cons: Resturant closed at 21.30 on a Thursday. There is no shuttle bus to the NEC but you can get one round the corner from the Crowne Plaza. Very long walk to room.
7.5 Good
Cons: I arrived back at my room on the last day to find a maintenance man in the bathroom fixing an allegedly leaking pipe. I had not reported any leak. He told me I would be moved to another room, but after waiting over half an hour and having no contact from anyone I went to reception. No one there seemed to know anything about a room change. I was quite annoyed about being messed around, and although the receptionist was very apologetic I felt I was being fobbed off. I was given another room and 2drink vouchers and a complimentary breakfast. I had already paid for the breakfast so there was nothing complimentary there. Perhaps a little more communication training should be initiated.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Convenient for the NEC
Cons: A bus to the Festival of Quilts
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was clean.
Cons: On the third day of my stay , the air condition broke down and the sink of the room was not draining from the first day.

Cons: Can never get hold of anyone when I phone the hotel on my mobile as I left something at the hotel and couldn’t get through to anyone
9.5 Excellent

Cons: The room service was not great

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We’ve stayed here on numerous occasions and will continue to do so. The hosts and housekeeper are so friendly and accommodating, the house is beautiful, the rooms extremely comfortable and spacious, Debbie’s breakfast is amazing and she even puts up with us being half hour late for it!
5.0 Okay
Cons: Mattresses worn out very poor, towels worn out not clean. Odd layout privacy problems with gaps above doors. Nobody lives onsite so when the lights fused had to call 3 telephone numbers before anybody answered. Then we had to reset the fuse box ourselves as nobody on site to do it. New mattresses and towels would make a huge difference. The dead fly beside the empty soap dispenser was a nice touch. Please replace the half used Nescafé dirty coffee jar with sachets.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely setting, great size room, well laid out and clean
Cons: Unfortunately there were no tea bags in the room and only two mugs with 4 of us staying but this wasn't a problem as we managed to locate some in the kitchen
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent professional & friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Throughly enjoy our stay here, can’t wait to come back. Room was beautifully decorated & very clean. Debbie & Kevin we’re both extremely friendly & made us feel very welcome, as did all the staff & other members of the club. We did the clay pigeon shooting, which is very addictive. Again the instructors are very friendly & knowledgable. Even though we missed more than we hit we had the best day ever. Thank you to all the staff.
7.0 Good
Pros: The rooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable. The house itself is absolutely lovely.
Cons: Unfortunately, unbeknownst to us when we booked or arrived, there was a ‘gig’ at the shooting lodge that evening. We gave up trying to get our 5 year old to sleep and had to let her stay up until it finished near midnight, as it was so loud . After a busy day at Drayton Manor, this was not what we had in mind. The owners were very apologetic the next morning and gave us a discount, which was very kind.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was lovely. The last, Debbie, was so friendly and went above and beyond on every aspect. We would defiantly recommend this property and would love to go back again!

Cons: Nothing at all, everything was perfect.

Pros: Great breakfast, good choice of fresh fruit and cereal followed by delicious cooked to order local produce. All staff, without exception, were extremely friendly, helpful and polite 10/10.
Cons: Nothing, everything was spot on.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast, we also ate dinner in the restaurant which was very good.
Cons: No complaints, we were only there for one night and enjoyed our stay.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, well trained staff. Good food and great rooms. Quiet And safe. Location easily accessible, close to Motorway and to Solihull.
Cons: Our room was a cottage outside the main hotel. Access to the main building spoiled as we had to pass through conference area which was being used throughout our visit
8.3 Excellent
Cons: This hotel would benefit from a swimming pool/spa My only complaint was that I asked for two poached eggs - had to re-ask twice - and after 20 minutes I was given one poached eggs after i had finished my breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at Hogarths after our wedding day, they allowed us to drop our bags early as we wouldn’t be getting there till late. When we did arrive our bag was waiting in our room along with a balloon and a lovely card from the staff. The room was incredible! As there was a few of us staying there, at breakfast the next day they lay out a table big enough for us all to sit together. Thank you again We had a wonderful stay.

Pros: Laura was the receptionist who was very welcoming and pleasant she is a credit to your company very helpful nothing was a problem & the staff were very pleasant also for an old building that needs a lot updating I think your prices should be in balance to other hotels in the area some weekend prices are to high compared to prices local also in Birmingham city centre if get the prices right then cut could be a lovely weekend away very often thanks Laura for your great hospitality.
Cons: I think updating the decor could do with some work I know it’s old & traditional building but updating will lift ones spirits even more ....prices are too high compared to some of the best hotels with great decor in Birmingham city centre
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Spa was excellent.
Cons: We were bitten by mosquitoes in the bar area, the room was stifling hot, we were kept awake by visitors leaving a function. The beverage service in the bar area was of a low standard. At breakfast we had to send the poached eggs back as they were hard boiled.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The situation was quiet and peaceful although as the dining room was fully booked both evenings, eating in the bar was not so comfortable and it got quite noisy when the wedding parties were there
Cons: Just the bar. The bar staff were very efficient though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed very comfy and the water temperature in the bath was so easy to adjust Really attentive staff
Cons: The bar staff have been trained too well to upselll
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Thought the room was lovely and the setting magnificent.
Cons: Thought breakfast service was slow and not a brilliant choice.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: the price of your wine was very high and evening meal food the same every night
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Facilities are very clean. Staff are very polite.
Cons: I was disappointed with the breakfast. After being seated and ordering tea and toast, it had been forgotten. We had to ask the waitress for this again. Then when I received the cooked breakfast we ordered I found 2 pieces fairly large egg shell in the poached egg.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Room was good
Cons: No slippers or rode
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was large and bathroom spotless and large
6.8 Good
Pros: Spa experience and comfortable bed.
Cons: Poor service ordering room service and mix up with meal and my partner was allergic to mushrooms and we were told a dish didn’t have mushrooms in it. Poor afternoon tea, quality of food was poor and lack of attention to crockery (being cracked) and having to ask for tea strainer stand on 2 separate occasions and mix up with taking our food and drink order hence our wine taking ages to be served and also food.

Pros: Nice room, great value, nice owners.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hosts, nice room, great location. Would highly recommend.
Cons: It would have been handy to know there was a microwave I could have used in the evening. It was written in the room but perhaps better to tell guests when they arrive. Minor detail though!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly couple, had no problem with my late evening arrival and early morning departure. The room was so pretty, and very unique, which made me wish I was there a bit longer.
Cons: The bathroom could possibly do with a bit of a refresh, make it as nice as the bedroom.
7.0 Good
Pros: It’s a lovely house, full of character & friendly dogs (when they get to know you). Useful to have parking at the back.
Cons: Quite dark to walk down the side of the house, from Parking your car: perhaps consider security lighting to light up thecwalk to the front of the house?
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean, the building itself is homely and it has a relaxed atmosphere. Love the dogs too!
Cons: Windows let in a bit of a draft, apart from that it was fine.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location , easy to get to bullring shopping centre , cinema , train station , lovely helpful staff
Cons: No parking onsite
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were second to none. Best service I have ever had and frequently stay in hotels. I can’t remember about the young lady who was working last Saturday and Sunday but she should be recognised for the effort she put in for us.
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I ordered room service every day and loved everything that I ordered! Both rooms were very spacious.
Cons: First room I was placed in remote control wasnt fully functioning, then TV stopped working, though this is minor if you're hardly in during the day. They kindly swapped my room, super grateful as I didn't request the change. 2nd room, when showering the water gathered at my feet which meant having a good length shower would have spilled out throughout the bathroom area (wet room style)...didn't love that as I had to shower quicker than used to. But besides these super minor details I would recommend this hotel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff, very helpful, very modern, all new technology, very impressed.
Cons: don't have car park , if you arive after 10.30 pm.you need to find someone yourself, near them is cost us 25
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location, modern, clean and spacious
Cons: Room was too cold. I couldn’t make it warm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clayton is very close to The Bullring shopping centre and the new primark. Would definitely stay here again.
7.0 Good
Pros: Comfy beds nice looking rooms
Cons: Missed our breakfast as we weren't told the times
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice rooms. Upscale. Walking distance to Bull Ring shopping and food.
Cons: Staff seemed distracted; detached. Below average service in restaurant and bar.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff was awesome
Cons: Would have liked a pantry of sorts to buy drinks and snacks.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Professional and very accommodating staff. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable.
Cons: Nothing.
6.8 Good
Pros: The rooms are always spotless...credit to the housekeeping staff.
Cons: There is a young lady on reception who needs to concentrate on her job and not make out she is excellent and liked by everyone! There was a problem with parking in selfridges and she was only of limited help. Letter to follow to manager. The Clayton group is continuing to cut back on the little nice things in the bedroom...1 bottle of water if you are staying 1 night or 1 week?! Come on!!! The bar remains without ambience but at least there was an attentive bar man this time.

Pros: stunning hotel, luxury from the moment you walk into the Lobby to be greeted by James who very kindly looked after our bags until we got back that evening to check in, the open bar and restaurant each side of the walk way to the lifts... the rooms were fab the whole decor screams luxury 2 minute walk to the bus stop to Warickshire Cricket Ground, couldn't be handier
Cons: Beds were very hard, I woke a few times my back was in bits.... but each to their own with beds, we all love our own and the sausages... lads sort out the sausages they are horrible lol
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Modern hotel with high quality rooms (and air conditioning which was welcome on a rare hot summer day).
Cons: No parking at hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff excellent. Comfortable room with elegant layout of Restaurant , bar and terrace. Would definitely stay again. Great value for money.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The place looked brand new, the room was excellent and the air conditioning worked superbly
Cons: The lifts seemed to be a little erratic and the ventilation took a while to clear the bathroom after a shower
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Not much. Location was pretty good
Cons: A lot of things, staff. If you pay £150 for a room for one night you don’t expect to hear a lift go up and down all night next to you. Very bad. Do not recommend, I’d be happy if I paid £75 not £150
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was great
Cons: Loud lift next to our hotel room that kept us up
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room, very clean, good wifi, and friendly staff. Good location.
Cons: No fridge in the room.

5.8 Okay
Cons: I had a room directly above the main door / bar which was incredibly noisy and impossible to sleep until after 1pm
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and I didn’t expect them to actually make any arrangements for my partners birthday as I had wrote in the comments section below, but they had a muffin with chocolate sauce saying happy birthday on the plate and champagne complimentary in the fridge. The room was brilliant so so spacious and they catered to every need with the little but so precious accessories.
Cons: Nothing!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms.
Cons: Shower needed a little tlc.. could have been cleaner..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was spotless. Lovely bathroom very powerfull shower.
Cons: Everything was fine.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Well designed shower room, heated towel rail with thermostatic control, good water pressure, attractive beach/coastal vibe to the decor, fridge.
Cons: Uncomfortable cheap bed and mattress, even on second floor sash windows screwed shut, mean blind that lets in light at 5am, no hairdryer, no body lotion, big room with sofa but tv can only be seen from bed and is so high up that impossible to watch without getting a cricked neck
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was good
Cons: Air conditioning not working which this made it difficult to sleep . No one to greet us a breakfast had to go and find a member of staff.when arriving back to the hotel from an evening out front doors were locked had to phone a member of staff to let us in.
7.5 Good
Pros: Room comfortable and cool bar downstairs, great location and easy to get to train station and nice restaurants.
Cons: The bar downstairs isn’t just for hotel residents, it’s a proper bar and very very loud which meant we didn’t sleep well on Friday / Saturday nights because the music/people outside smoking and talking loudly were until 1:30am.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent and the extra touches. The restaurant food was of a high standard as well. The staff were very helpful and I was impressed with the level of service given.
Cons: I think a bath should be provided
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location in the Jewellery Quarter. Comfortable room, well designed. Possibly a bit noisy at weekends for those that go to bed before the party crowd.
6.3 Good
Pros: The bar area was gorgeous and the evening bar staff were warm and welcoming. Location is fabulous and the parking was an added bonus. Hotel bathroom was lovely and I liked the dual shower head and inclusion of toweling robes. Rooms very well appointed with both coffee machine AND kettle. Complimentary fizz, water and OJ in the fridge was a lovely touch and this was replaced daily. Room also had hairdryer, iron and full ironing board. Might need more hangers for guests who are staying longer. There was also a hot water bottle for chillier nights which I thought was a lovely touch. Air con was a bit temperamental though.
Cons: The bed was tired and uncomfortable. We opted for a standard double but it was soggy and unsupportive. For a 'luxury' boutique hotel they should really invest in a decent mattress. Also the rooms felt like a student bedroom. It may be the fashion but I was expecting a touch more luxury for the price we paid. Breakfast took far too long. Waitress was brusque and hurried as there was only one person covering the whole breakfast service. Waited about 10 minutes before having to remind her to come and take our hot food order. My bacon, avocado and poached egg was lovely but my partner's steak and eggs was actually an overcooked steak and 'egg' (singular). Not enough serving implements with the cold food selection either. When another diner asked for tea he was told to "get it himself it's over there". Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this hotel at this price. You expect top class service and opulent rooms and this had neither.

Pros: Location
Cons: Poor accommodation tile missing in bathroom, sink cracked and plastered visible to the eye, small space .. never again
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, cost and quality.
Cons: Nothing
5.8 Okay
Cons: The staff were rude at reception wouldn’t give me a complimentary bottle of water because of the room I was in even though I had a complimentary bottle of sparkling water. Even a basic hotel gives complimentary bottles of water in a room! However the staff in the recess bar were amazing! The rooms were small and the bathroom was tiny! The walls were so thin I could hear everything happening above me and next door to me! Also I wouldn’t recommend staying over a weekend on my side of the hotel there is a club right outside and I could hear the loud music all night. Overall not a very nice hotel.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: We are arrived to be told we had no reservation. Went to other Hilton’s in area to be told same . When we come back to Brindley place we were told we had a booking. Not good after spending £30 on taxis and wasting an hour at 1am in the morning.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, staff v friendly, delicious breakfast
Cons: The room was really warm and the bed small and very high off the floor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location although set back from the main part of Brindley Place it's still in the heart of the activity.

Pros: Lovely location. Didn't meet the owners but the accommodation was clean and as described. Good value for money.
Cons: My daughter found the single uncomfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Reallygreat facilities for working away, small kitchenette means you don't have to spend a fortune on restaurants
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I booked this at last minute as I found out the hotel I had originally booked welcomed pets in every single room, really bad if you have a pet allergy! The Coach House is pet-free. I had always chosen to stay in hotels when away with work. however, this has changed things for me as I will now consider this type of accom in future. Lovely location, tucked away, your own space, everything you need, v. comfortable and the owners were very welcoming & friendly. Basically, stress-free so it was perfect! It is set in a drive through village, lovely neck of the woods, very accessible from the M42 and although I didn't get time to visit, the Malt Shovel pub a few doors away is apparently well worth a visit. Shall not hesitate in booking again.
