5.0 Okay
Pros: Probably the design of the room.
Cons: The breakfast is not enticing.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Did not meet my expectations!
Cons: Room wasn’t clean well. My girlfriend suffered from rashes sitting a dirty chair. After we showed the rashes they moved us to different room. We experienced overnight until daytime without any water. My girlfriend was in a middle of taking a shower when the water stopped and I poured our mineral drinking water to rinse off the soup from her body. Really inconvenient and very frustrating!
7.5 Good
Pros: Comfortable. Friendly staff
Cons: Breakfast can be improved on.
7.1 Good
Pros: Gym was nice. Loved the breakfast. Angel was very helpful and went out of her way to help.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Swimming pool and and the close to malls

Cons: Breakfast choices.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location is good. Near malls like Sta Lucia and Robinson’s.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Customer service was incredible from the beginning, the best I’ve had at a hotel to date.
Cons: Rooms were somewhat dated and could use a renovation, however as mentioned above this was only a minor issue in the scheme of things.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing everything is worse from check in to check out. First, my reservation didn't honor the free breakfast. This is the second times I bought from your website that the breakfast is included but when we checkin not invluded.
Cons: The smell of the Carpet and when you're in the swimming pools the smell of the ocean iis horrible. The aircon in the lobby is horrible too.

10.0 Excellent

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Russel who helped us during the covid-19 lockdown. Breakfast - The breakfast is the best breakfast available in Manila. Their Quiches are to die for! A bit pricey but worth it as there is such a wide variety of foods to choose from. Room - Our room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was also very comfortable. Pool - The pool & outdoor area transforms this hotel into a luxury resort. Great spot for photos and relaxing with a mojito.
Cons: Food & drinks were a bit pricey - I suggest having trying to get breakfast included in your package. Then go out for lunch or dinner at Mall of Asia which is a 5 min cab ride away. Room - despite the cleanliness, the room felt & smelt a bit old / vintage. The hotel itself is quite old and the rooms may need updating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is convenient located, it has all the amenities required for business or pleasure. The staff is extremely polite & very helpful. Their food selection & presentation is a pleasant surprise. I was immensely satisfied.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff are wonderful. We have a server and he was wonderful, he went out of his way to make our stay special.
Cons: Our room 1123 was deteriorated. The blinds in the bathroom is all bent and the rain shower was not working good, no water pressure at all. I am a bit disappointed cause I have stayed in many Sofitel before in different countries and I was always pleased
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The sports bar was great, very friendly, check in and out perfect, room service was great.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit off a let down, finding vegan food very difflcult
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The quality of service unparalleled Loved breakfast
Cons: Serve wine on 10th floor with lunch
7.0 Good
Pros: Cool place, there is a bar in the swimming pool and that was a lot of fun
Cons: Bait and switch. A lot of extras that wound up costing more than the room itself, it was a huge rip-off. Breakfast, evening perks, etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything from service to food was excellent! We posted pictures of our trip on my FB account and hopes this service will continue on until our next visit!!
Cons: That we didn't get to stay longer!
The Henry Hotel Manila - Pasay - Bedroom

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the aesthetics down to its courteous staff, our stay was truly exceptional. We booked the classic room and although the space was limited, it wasn’t an issue. The cute soaps & shampoo made from Bath origins was a nice touch. With the food, the price can be overwhelming but serving was big enough for sharing. Pool and yard was definitely well maintained too. Will definitely book again!
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived here for our 4 day visit on the day that Manila announced it would have a community quarantine for covid19. Everything in the city was closed, so we stayed on site for the 4 days until our scheduled flight home. There couldn't have been a better place to be stranded. Our ground level suite (501) was large and comfortable with a private terrace, good internet, excellent air con. The restaurant was well stocked with deliciously prepared Western food (welcomed after a long trip with mostly Filipino food), a good bar, nice pool and loungers, all set in a lovely garden with very old, very large trees. Very quiet nights. Very safe feeling with gate guard and enclosed grounds. Despite the uncertainty the staff must have been feeling about their families, their jobs, health, futures, everyone maintained their usual professional standards without fail. Much impressed. We'll have to return to Manila sometime as we really didn't get to see the City. We'll stay here again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment you enter, you are transported to another time. There's an unhurried air around the place. Lovely garden, historic home as the centerpiece. Staff is exceptionally well trained and will do their absolute best to accommodate your request. Popcorn at 9pm to munch while watching a movie? You bet. If you want to get out for shows, shopping or sight seeing, you are very near Mall of Asia and Intramuros. Highly recommended.
Cons: The website is very clear on the square footage of each class of room and because it is a historic home that has been converted, I expected the room to be on the small side. However, when I stay again, I'll ask to have a look at the available rooms before I take my key. My room was quite small and that was fine since I was alone. If I had been with a companion, it would have been too small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful grounds, tranquil, peaceful. A great place to relax in the heart of Manila.
Cons: Not many decent restaurants in the immediate neighborhood
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel! Located in a compound so you feel very safe and you don't hear the traffic from the street. Nicely renovated with a modern look. Apparently, this was owned by a wealthy chinese family back in the day and they renovated for hotel use. Very nice architecture. Also very close to Mall of Asia and surrounding casinos and restaurants in the Pasay neighborhood.
Cons: Only one entrance to all the rooms from the main area. 4 houses situated in tandem and our room was located in the 3rd house. Since there was only one entrance, the walk to the main gate of the compound made it twice as far. I only stayed a night, so it wasn't terribly inconvenient, but if I was staying a few days or weeks, it would probably get old quick.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nicely set in a garden. Quite place even though located centrally.
7.0 Good
Pros: Quiet room with a big fluffy bed, very comfortable. But very dark also despite of the big windows... We had a suite We stood there for a single night between 2 flights. Comfortable, good food, nice people.

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed 3 different times within 3 weeks in this hotel (we went out of town twice between stays). First of all, the service is impecabble. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The location next to 2 huge malls means the availability of many restaurants and retail shops and services. Being a fairly new hotel, the interiors are very nice and clean, yet it feels homey. I totally felt comfortable here and would go back and highly recommend this hotel to others.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are great, we love the great big windows giving us a great view of the city and the pool.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: They turn my room everyday

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel and great amenities. The best part of the hotel is the people there! Amazing staff that’s so accommodating, friendly, and always greet you with a smile. They were super helpful when I had questions navigating the area, arranging transposition, and making sure my stay was pleasant.
Cons: Difficult to initially find the driveway/entrance when traveling there for the first time from the airport (I had to take a taxi since I missed the hotel counter at the airport.)

Dusit Thani Manila - Makati - Building

8.6 Excellent (6,712 reviews)

Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and limited parking is available onsite.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location is 15 mins away from airport by cab without jam. There are many big shopping malls nearby. The security of the hotel is pretty good.
Cons: 1. I booked 2 x premier king rooms via bookin.com 2 weeks prior to my stay and was told they only had one premier king room available upon check in. I insisted to have 2 x premier king rooms as reserved and they kept me waiting at the front desk for more than 40 mins along with my colleague without asking us to sit and wait at the lobby first while they sorted out their internal issue. 2.There were only 2 staff serving at the front desk and their service is very slow. 3.The front staff did not ask and confirmed our request to include breakfast when we checked in. We were then told the next morning while having breakfast by the restaurant lady manager that it wasnt included in our room reservation. 4. The concierge staff gave the taxi operator the wrong address for the destination we wanted to go and we were brought to the wrong place even though we had clearly shown them the address when we booked for a cab. Overall service experience for a so-called 5 star hotel is a disappointment not to mention the hotel is not cheap for its old facade and interior.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Nice room. Beautiful lonby. Professional staff
Cons: I specifically requested twin (2 beds) but at first given double (king/queen). I had to go back to registration to correct the mistakw. It was resolved quickly. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly poorer than expected.

Pros: The nice smell in the lobby
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing and friendly.
Cons: For the price of the hotel, I think including breakfast would be nice. We are offered a breakfast at many, if not all of the three star hotels. So it doesn’t make sense to me that you charge almost double the money but offer less as far as breakfas

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the place very close all shopping mall and easy access to others places
Cons: Very clean and accomodate
6.2 Good
Pros: Pool area and the one staff member there was nice. Oh, and the food was top notch. Aside from that, and the facility, I was not impressed. Mostly just frustrating.
Cons: They told us "no" way too many times for any place in the hospitality industry. To be fair, we're not that needy. They're just a bit too strict for their own good. For one, they refused to give us free wifi access until we had reluctantly signed up to be part of the Hilton rewards club. Also, if you like to enjoy the occasional smoke, this place is similar to a hospital in that you will be told to move elsewhere if you're not in the one place they allow smoking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully designed hotel on Manila Bay. Depending on the room not always the best view but the rooms are comfortable and the staff are great.
Cons: Everything is an additional cost. Even printing out a few sheets of paper.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything went great Very closed to the airport but very quiet Very secure The staff was very kind and helpful (thank you Trish at the reception) The pool was fabulous We didn't get the chance to have their breakfast because we left early in the morning to take our plane, but they have offered us early check-in (we have informed them in advance of our early arrival), so the room was already ready at 10am, thank you for that, it was much appreciated !
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel, beds are comfortable, gym and pool was really nice. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a lot of options.
Cons: Both mornings at the buffet breakfast the servers never brought us anything to drink, they would ask what we wanted when we sat down but never bring them. They also do not allow you to bring anything but water down to the pool. Our room was not a smoking room but it smelt like a smoke.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, food, staff, amenities, facilities and cleanliness
Cons: The scent in the lobby is too strong

Pros: I chose the hotel for its proximity to NAIA T3 and NAIA T1, for my family's 11 hour lay-over. The staff were so helpful, and helped facilitate a room upgrade for us.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: To close the hotel
Cons: Some staff there is not good quality for her position in bar also the room is not clean well only the bed are clean but the floor in the toilet is very dirty
10.0 Excellent
Pros: nice room with view on upper floor. upgraded to prime room so could use hospitality suite.
Cons: The only thing I did not like is that I had to change the dates of my stay and since I had paid in full, the hotel would not refund the 2 days I prepaid and had to cancel. I had to book a new date and pay for it. They could have at least changed the date and given me one paid night and I would lose one paid night which I think would be fair. I did not like the Saturday night seafood buffet. Cost $120 for 2 persons and the lobsters were obviously old and pre frozen, had no taste and were not fresh at all. I did not care for any of the other food at the buffet either. THe crab was small and not fresh. The sushi did not look good. Fish was ok. Deserts were ok. Cost was outrageous. Did not order any drinks either and paid $120. Never again.

5.0 Okay
Cons: There was Mary Grace at the front desk who was rude and literally making face and bluntly shows that she was irritated while she was listening to our inquiry about airport shuttle, In fact we were talking to the other staff not even to her. I won't even hire her as a fish vendor in a wet market because her attitude was just disgusting. Rest of the staff seems helpful and respectful especially the team at F&B or Restaurant that serves us meal including the house keeping and security.

Pros: Location
Cons: The fact that while I was looking on the computer it told me on the 17th at 7pm that they were closing the hotel on the 18th if I hadn’t of read it first on the internet they were closing I would of been kicked out with no where to go plus they could of credited my credit card back the money I was due because I paid in advance of my stay through tell the 25th so I contacted my credit card company that I was only responsible for part of the bill and disputed 650 dollars of the bill because I was told by the hotel it could take up to two months to get a credit to my card but I solved that problem my self
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel was great value for money. We stayed for two nights, and wanted a comfortable hotel that we could explore Manila from and have a good night sleep before our onward flight to Coron. We did not need or expect anything extravagant. The city garden hotel certainly fit the bill. The rooms were clean and modern looking. The bathroom was what you'd expect in a modern, professional hotel. The location is good. It was particularly well placed for visiting nice bars and restaurants. Unfortunately traffic all around is the city is terrible, so it did take a long time to drive anywhere, even places fairly close by. For example, despite being only a few miles from the airport, expect a 30-40 min journey time.
Cons: The rooftop pool was on the small side and the sun did not hit the loungers as the afternoon went on. The breakfast spread was acceptable, however I would have liked more Western cooked breakfast items.

Pros: Seriously, everything is top notch. Have only had one complaint in the numerous times I have stayed there.
Cons: they don’t explain breakfast hours at check in so we missed on that one day by “two minutes”. They sat us and then told us we were too late and would have to leave. In the elevator we both looked at the time on our phones and saw we still were early enough. hotel gets a little pricey at times so there are many options in the area who provide excellent stays as well.

Pros: It’s central location , staff couldn’t do enough for you. They are polite and exceptionally courteous & so faultless. Thank you.
Cons: The Hotel itself is wonderful. As we like to explore around the neighbourhood, crossing the so confusing traffic system is like putting your lives into their hands. Cars don’t stop to give way to pedestrians at pedestrian crossings, such a let down! Basically, what is pedestrian for.

Pros: Nothing more. It was good
Cons: Everything
6.5 Good

Pros: It was very comfortable and clean for the price. Great calamansi daiquiri in the bar!
