When I arrived at the Thrifty office in the Amman airport, they added a $100 charge for dropping the car off at a different office. I indicated the drop off when booking through kayak, but it did not mention an additional charge. It was a surprise and it felt like I was getting ripped off through an unnecessary charge. I would have shopped around or adjusted my itinerary if I had known about the charge. Nothing "Thrifty" about a hidden fee.Reviewed Aug 12 2022
