Very bad experience. When I reached the counter, they told me there was no car available for me despite my confirmed booking! After spending more than 2 hours waiting at the airport, they finally gave me a smaller car (a downgrade) and promised to replace it with the correct one the next day. I tried calling them many times (over 100 attempts), but no one ever answered. Extremely disappointing service.Reviewed Aug 16 2025
