Book Thrifty car rentals in Hilton Head Island

Pros: Yes the staff was very good at a question I had.

Cons: The car was dirty and in the Corona Virus times I was quite surprised. Water or some liquid was on the doors and there were bottles of aftershave in the back seat and side door. Obviously no one cleaned the car.

Cons: No staff on site at scheduled pickup time. Was over 30 minutes late.

Pros: The drop off was extremely easy.

Cons: When I went for pickup, there were two other parties ahead of me. It took almost 45 minutes to get both of them checked in and another 20 for myself at Hilton Head Island. I wish that the information came through their system when I booked online, as I had to give all my information over again.

Pros: Staff was so rude

Cons: Very unhelpful. And unpleasant to deal with acted like I was in the way by asking questions
