Pros:at drop off, I explained that the gas tank was FULL. After reviewing the bill before boarding my flight, I discovered that I was charged for the cost of $97 for fuel. I had to go back to the agent (behind the security) and she corrected it. I find this annoying as it is a basic component of checking out a rental car. Pros:Very friendly staff, no line and easy rental process.Cons:I wasn't sure how to return the vehicle - had to take keys to the desk unlike other rental experiences where someone is there waiting to check you in or you leave the keys in the car. Signage would have helped as we were in a rush.Reviewed May 18 2021

Pros:I liked the rental once I got one.Cons:The first rental not properly working, it wouldn’t start up right away, the car had several dents and scratches on the car, it also smelled like smoke. When I made the reservation counter aware, they acted as if there wasn’t a problem. Business as usual.Reviewed Mar 3 2021
