Amazing drop-off experience - wish all rental compPros:Dropped off the car in front of the hotel as rental bays were about 70m walk from hotel entrance and we had A LOT of luggage. The Thrifty Associate came out to check the car while we unloaded the luggage, so we could catch the next bus to the airport terminal. He then parked the car for us in the rental bays. Everything done in 5 minutes - couldn't have asked for a better drop-off experience.Cons:Nothing negative - everything was perfectReviewed Jan 8 2017
