Pros:Nothing. Never got our car...Cons:Phone was off the hook and rang busy all day when trying to inform rental counter that our flight was severely delayed. Arrived to find nobody at rental counter. Called after hours person and they would not come in to give us our car. Only after 10 mins did the agent call back because she felt bad and said that she would come in to get us a car. However the airport would be close by the time she came in. Addressed these issues on the return trip at the rental counter and they denied saying their phone was busy and made nothing but excuses...Reviewed Jan 1 2021
