Pros: Drop off stunk. I hate dropping off without a staff person visually observing the vehicle.
Cons: Staff refused to observe the car.
Pros: The car was clean, the service was quick and Team on the desk was helpful
Cons: We specifically wanted a small car for first-time driver but received a SUV as the smallest available.
Cons: Service engine light was on from the moment i got in the car. tires were very loud. Sounded like snow tires or needed to be rotated.
Cons: They charge $40 for gas up front and then require you to stand in line with a gas receipt to prove you filled the tank before returning the car in order to have the $40 charge credited to your CC.
