Pros:Reserved online, picked up car, easy peasy
Cons:The car seat was uncomfortable but nothing to do with Thrifty
Pros:Nothing to like because they closed before we could pick up our car even though we had a reservation. We had called ahead to verify times and the actual car. Nothing was said about the even remote possibility that we wouldn't be able to puck up at our arrival time.
Cons:We waited for an hour in the heat for a shuttle at the airport. No way of communicating directly with the location to find out when a shuttle would arrive. Called phone number listed and got people from some offsite location who had no clue what was going on. Didnt tell us that the airport location was closing. Had no clue how to help us. Got disconnected 3 times. Couldnt even understand tw 1st person i talked to. Needless to we say we will never use Thrifty again. Totally disappointed in customer service.
Pros:Good car for a really good price...

Pros:Car was clean and ready to go. Counter clerk was very friendly and didn't push for the available extras. Shuttle drivers were friendly and informative. Since they are located off campus their return address should be included with paperwork, I asked for it prior to leaving property.
Cons:The initial Kayak total price including tax was $49.20 for 3 days. I ended up paying $58.25. Not sure what the extra cost was for. I didn't know Thrifty was located off campus, took awhile to locate shuttle location. Kayak should let renters know where the agency is located and where to pick up shuttle.
Cons:I was driven to the wrong location. Given a car that had a slow leak. Most of all I was told the cost of the car would be $176 with insurance. When I turned in the car, I total amount was $247. I was made to think I was given a deal with insurance. I didn't need insurance. I use AMEX. I won't be using Trifty. I plan on taking action.
Pros:The car was exactly needed for a quick weekend trip and was a great price. Had a great dropoff experience- friendly quick service and the shuttle was able to immediately bring me to the terminal.
Cons:Pickup took about 30 minutes- counter was swarmed with people and not enough staff members to process.
Pros:Our shuttle driver Was great. When I told him where we were headed and the route we were taking, he told us a quicker way to get there. Checking in process was quick and the car we had was great .
Cons:Having to take a shuttle offsite , but that's the price you pay for getting a great deal!
Pros:I liked that they had cars to rent.
Cons:I didn't like the fact that they are not consistent. One person accepted my drivers license TWICE and the third person I tried to rent a car from denied me because of the crack in it. It should've been consistent as it stands, I could not rent a car for the week. How sad to run a company like this!!!
Pros:It was exhilarating being reprimanded by the check in desk for declining their own insurance, even though I had already purchased insurance via Kayak.
Cons:The rented Ford Fiesta may have once been a viable vehicle, but the transmission barely cycled--leaving me stranded more than once in the middle of intersections. What a piece of junk.
