Pros:Drop off process. Lady who checked in at drop off.
Cons:Wait in line to check get car.
Pros:We had a car to drive
Cons:We upgraded to an SUV so we could fit our kids' car seats in it but this was a sad excuse for an SUV. Service was meh. I will not use Thrifty again.
Pros:Everyone we interacted with was hands down amazing.
Cons:The Jeep was really dirty. Almost as if it hadn’t been cleaned out for weeks.
Pros:The car was easy to drive, good on gas and reliable. Drop off service was good and quick - Vernon did an great job!
Cons:The car was not throughly vacumed and looked dirty. They did however quickly address this issue once I complained.
Cons:The shuttle didn't arrive for 20 minutes while other rental shuttles had been through more than three times. When the shuttle did arrive, the seats were significantly stained. Despite having a reservation, it still took more than 15 minutes to check in. If it hadn't been so late and dark, I would have exchanged my car. The seats were stained, the car was dirty, and the bumper was scratched and scuffed. Upon returning the vehicle, it took 10 minutes before the representative could verify my return despite being the only car return at the time.

Cons:Needed to change the dates of the rental and they increased the price of the rental by approximately 3 times. I would understand if the vehicle that I rented original wasn't available and they needed to upgrade me, but that wasn't the case. Same car just now was going to be $1000+ dollars for the week.
Pros:The car ran.
Cons:Found a couple cockroaches during the course of our trip. Not a big deal for me but wifey not too pleased. By the third roach, we bought traps and put them under our seats. Didnt check them until we dropped the car off. My wife refused to know how bad a problem it could be. When i checked the traps at drop off i found, no joke, 70-80 roaches of verying sizes. Total infestation. i think someone had a roach farm going under the seats.
Pros:The upgrade to the Jeep was a great deal and well worth it!!! Customer service was excellent at pick up. He gave us lots of tips and they helped us get the top off the Jeep before driving away.
Cons:Long line at pick up.
