The only complaint I would have is that the Thrifty shuttles don't run as often as the other rental companies...after waiting 1 minutes I decided to run from the terminal over to the Thrifty building to pick up my SUV. :o(Reviewed Aug 7 2026

The wait for 1-1/2 hours to pick up a car that was already ordered on-line was way too long. The staff was nice but, there was only 2 people working. The car was clean and worked well and the drop-off was super easy and we got shuttled backed to the airport right away. So that was a good experience.Reviewed Jul 21 2025

They had some problems when picking up. I stood in line for an hour with only 6 people ahead of me when I got there. No communication as to why.Reviewed Oct 15 2024
