Pros:The car was clean, and met our needs.
Cons:I had reserved a small SUV initially. When I went to get the car, I was told that the reservation was for a compact, and if I wanted a larger car, the price increased. At that point, I didn't have a choice because I needed a bigger car, so I ended up paying over $100 more then the reservation initially showed. The representative was not helpful in resolving the issue, and told me there was nothing she could do about it. When I dropped the car off, no one was there for me to talk to. I didn't hear anything about Thrifty receiving the car, or get any information about it the next day, like the sign said I would. Not a place I will rent from again.

Pros:Very friendly staff at check-in. We needed to measure the trunk capacity before we accepted the car and the staff was helpful and cooperative. Definitely would use Thrifty again.

Cons:Would not allow to leave lot without purchasing insurance. Nearly doubling the price from what was booked/reserved.

Pros:Pickup and drop-off was very easy.
Cons:The only blip we had was trying to figure out how to open the trunk of the car. I didn’t see anyone near the car to ask. As it was raining, we threw suitcases in the back seat and watched a You Tube video to learn how to open it. Knowing that it did not work like any other normal car, some comments may have been helpful.

Pros:Great customer service. Good Car. Very clean. Only issue was that there wasn't a USB charging port in the car.
