Cons: I still don't know what my total bill was

Cons: Charging $20.00 per hour for every hour past 24. That's crazy. 5 hour past the 24 is more than a full day

Cons: Staff who helped me was initially reluctant to honor price quote or car class that was reserved. She tried to talk me into paying for an upgrade and then informed me after I said no to the upgrade that they didn't have any cars in the class I had reserved so I would have to step down a class (which would have been too small for my needs). Supervisor ultimately intervened and situation was resolved, but not without unneeded stress.

Cons: I can't find one thing to complain about.

Cons: I had reserved a small SUV initially. When I went to get the car, I was told that the reservation was for a compact, and if I wanted a larger car, the price increased. At that point, I didn't have a choice because I needed a bigger car, so I ended up paying over $100 more then the reservation initially showed. The representative was not helpful in resolving the issue, and told me there was nothing she could do about it. When I dropped the car off, no one was there for me to talk to. I didn't hear anything about Thrifty receiving the car, or get any information about it the next day, like the sign said I would. Not a place I will rent from again.

Cons: The description and picture did not match what I was given.

Cons: The insurance pricing was high, so I didn't purchase. It's a roll of the dice without it, but it worked out this time.

Cons: Since pick up, the car had a tobacco smell. Somebody smoked inside & wasn´t cleaned afterwards !!!

Cons: Maybe the total price little bit.

Cons: Counter help more interested in selling extras than helping someone unfamiliar w area. Unable to purchase toll pass. Car smelled of smoke. Fees to return in different city outrageous, more than 2 week rental.

Cons: Some cars smell a lot like smoke or air freshener

Cons: Hard to find rental office at first and dropping off was not that confusing during the daylight hours.

Cons: Well, wish the car hadn't malfunctioned.
