Pros: The car was clean and nice. Pick up was a little weird, but understandably so with COVID closures. The Hertz ladies that helped me with pick up were very efficient and kind.
Cons: When I dropped the car off the lot was completely closed and there were no instructions for what I should do with the car. I ended up parking it in a neighboring lot and with the suggestion of someone at the Enterprise counter, deposited my keys in the Hertz overnight drop box. It was frustrating that I had no direction from Thrifty - even when I called their customer service number it was closed with no additional contact availability after hours. An email or text with directions on how to return the car would have made everything much better. I would not be inclined to rent from Thrifty again.
Pros: Easy pick up and drop off. Car worked well.
Cons: I extended the rental twice. The agents on the phone could not communicate well about this, and sent me no record of the terms of the extensions. Then the final bill seems to have been at least $20 more than the agents had orally said it would be (but hard to know, as there was no one at drop off capable of explaining it to me).
Pros: Very helpful had a lot of luggage and they directed us to drop off by bus super helpful
Pros: The staff member that helped us was rude and unprofessional. The car he gave us was filthy and disgusting inside. Had not been cleaned from previous renter. It was BAD!! The staff member acted like it was clean. We travel thru Denver frequently and wouldn't use Thrifty again.
Cons: Check into your employee and have a chat with him. Very rude.
Pros: Cars are not equipped with snow tires, very bad and cheap from Thrifty.
Cons: Cars are not equipped with snow tires, very bad and cheap from Thrifty.
Pros: The check in was fast and efficient.
Cons: The guy at the counter told me that the only way to leave the airport was with toll roads and that their toll package was basically the only option. This was untrue. The program was bad and lying to me about was pretty lame.
Pros: Daniel was excellent at pickup and drop off was a breeze.
Cons: All SUVs should have ice scrapers/brushes in cars during the winter in Colorado. Ours did not.
Cons: Rented an intermediate. They gave me a minivan while they had plenty of other cars in the lot they wanted me to pay for an upgrade to another car, including an economy. What a joke.
Cons: They have no way to contact the Actual company . You can Talk to a phone operator In the Philippines , you can not talk to a person that can actually help you unless you drive to the actual place where you rented the car . This is their words not mine . I was 2.5 hours away from the rental place and could not get any help.
Cons: They Said i can choose a car, i took the first and it was not clean. But the worser thing was, that they Said i cant Rent the prepayd car without take a insurence. ( i did it at Home for 99€) So i had to take a insurence of 40$/ day. (About 400$ with taxes). The last dai i complain and they give me back 170$. Not good experiece.
Pros: They were understaffed for the line at midnight but Karen, our agent, was awesome. The wait was longer than expected
Cons: Only seemed to have one bus taking people to airport so slowere than expected. Driver was very nice.
Pros: The staff at the front Dess was super friendly and helpful! Always nice after a long flight.
