Pros:The reservation process was easy. The SUV was clean, and pick up was fast and easy. The employees at the counter inside the airport were friendly and expedient. I did have to walk back inside the airport to the desk to return it, but other than that, the return process was smooth, quick, and friendly.
Cons:The reservation and service was great, though the price was a bit steep. It was a last-minute reservation; however, so that is just how it is. I didn't like some of the features of the SUV. The high beams flickered on and off at will while we were navigating curvy mountain roads in the dark. I did NOT enjoy this. The suspension wasn't as smooth, nor the handling as tight as the Jeep Cherokee we rented the following weekend from a different company.

Cons:Beware HIDDEN charges. You find out when your picking up your vehicle exactly how much they are. I can see some charges but not half the cost of a 3 day rental.

Pros:The return was flawless
Cons:The pick was ok .they missed my confirmation # and mistakenly attempted to charge me full price. When I showed them my confirmation again . They said oh, your right and they where put out a it to have to redo it ,however they did and they tried to still be polite,but you could tell they where ticked off.

Cons:The counter was closed when I got there at 12:10a. No one stayed around to make sure my confirmed reservation was met. I had to scramble for a last minute rental and ended up with something costing 3x the rate I had at Thrifty. Thanks Thrifty. Much appreciated.

Pros:I got a really good rate for 10 days pick up in Fresno drop off in San Francisco.
Cons:When I dropped the car off a day early in San Francisco I was charged an extra $25. I expected to pay the entire original charge, but I didn't expect to be charged more
