Pros:Check in and out was efficient and car was ready.
Cons:Windows and mirrors were not cleaned well....spotty and foggy.
Pros:The car was clean and in good running condition. No problems with the car.
Cons:We did not like that the customer agent failed to tell us that we would be charged $18.49 per day for the use of the Fast Pay attachment on the car windshield. We drove a total of only 379 miles during the 4 days and 1 hour that we had the car and I am sure that, had we known what we were being charged, we would have opted to pay the tolls ourselves. When she asked us if we wanted the device, she did not make any mention of the daily charge. In addition, the same agent asked whether we wanted to put a second driver on the contract and I said yes. As an afterthought, I asked her if there was a charge for that and she admitted that there was an extra daily charge of $13.00 for that extra driver which add-on we then declined. However, if I hadn't inquired as I failed to do for the Fast Pay, we would have wound up with yet another charge of which we were unaware. This kind of non-disclosure seems calculated to raise the rate of the rental without informing the consumer. In my opinion, this is a deceptive business practice and I would certainly take that into account before renting from Thrifty again.

Cons:I got dropped off from a wheelchair and spent an agonizing time waiting in line.
The car was good. The pickup was ok. During the drop off I was directed to wait outside for the shuttle by two different employees but then they changed the pickup area to inside and forgot about me and I nearly missed my flight and had to spend $30 on an Uber to get to the airport with seconds to spare. Quite frankly I would like a refund for that Uber.
Cons:I brought insurance as advertised on kayak but when I got to the pick-up I found out this didn't even cover third party and was told I had to pay extra on arrival to cover this. Actual feel mis-sold by the whole fiasco
Pros:Quick and easy drop off....
Cons:There was an error at check-in which resulted in having to be worked up twice and also resulting in confusion when we pickup the car from the lot. We loaded all into one car an attendant took us to and were about to drive away when they flagged us down saying that was the wrong car....had to unload everything and get into another car.

Cons:Very unhelpful, unconcerned and even rude customer service throughout.
