Cons:The designated drop-off area for Thrifty was being used as parking for other rental cars. There was no signage directing where to go instead. I was told by an employee of another agency (right next to the Thrifty drop-off) to just pull up to the Thrifty booth. I eventually did but was not sure exactly where to stop my car so I pulled into an empty, numbered parking space and had to walk to the booth and tell the lady I was returning. After waiting shortly for her to finish with another customer, she came out and checked the car out. I was expecting the usual procedure of pulling into a drop-off lane and having an employee greet me.
Pros:Very easy quick pickup with very minimal discussion of insurance and not much paperwork.
Cons:Car seemed to be having a minor mechanical problem- it shuddered a bit. Had 33,000 miles on it. It didn't cause any problems for me though.
Pros:Return process was easy
Cons:Reserved an immediate size car, but was given a compact car, yet charged for a midsize car! Apparently they ran out of cars and gave me first available. Did not inform me of this until I complained when I returned the car. Compact car was not fit for highway driving with no power. When picking up car, the guy helping was rude! Overall bad experience.

Pros:EASY, EASY, EASY.... Found the deal, made the reservation. Free cancelation. Didn't have to pay up front and the PRICE WAS EXCELLENT. Car performed as it was required and got great gas mileage. I'll use this service again and again.
Cons:Of course, one cannot change their pick up or drop off times without HUGE increases but .... that won't stop me from renting again.
Cons:When I arrived they had no cars. I had to go pay much more somewhere else. Never again.
Cons:We made our reservation months in advance, when we arrived they had no vehicle for us. None, waited for over 2 hours so they can figure out if they could obtain a car from another co. terrible terrible service!
Cons:Horrible everything. Never rent from Thrifty again.
Pros:Good price, easy drop off
Cons:the car they gave me had large scratches in the paint. They offered to upgrade for an 80% price increase
