Pros:The staff was immediately helpful and focused on my comfort level and ensured I knew what I needed to proceed with the rental
Cons:Absolutely nothing... Service was great despite the weather conditions... and the staff assisted as best as they could with all the issues they came across.

Cons:They didn't have anyone's car ready. Line was 10 people deep. People were waiting for an hour for cars. Walked down to hertz and got a car there immediately. Will never rent again

Cons:Car was not clean on inside and was not washed. It had lots of bird droppings on the roof. Unacceptable.
Pros:Great value for the SUV we rented. Clean, newer car. Friendly staff. Quick and easy pick up and drop off.
Cons:Guy at the counter in Columbus lied to me and told me that additional upcharges/insurance were required. (I had to call later to dispute the bill and get the charge refunded.) They also had the reservation for the completely wrong week and for the totally wrong length of time. This is the second time I've had terrible luck with Thrifty and will do my best to avoid them in the future.
Pros:I liked the onboard Pandora radio (Kia Sedona).
Cons:The wrong vehicle was in the wrong stall. I rented a minivan, and the stall number given was occupied by a RAV-4. No one was around to help me. So, I selected a minivan that looked good to me, and drove it to the check out station. I told them that I selected a vehicle from another stall, and they said it was OK. When I flatten all the seats in the back to carry all the family luggage, the van had not been cleaned. There were several candy wrappers and a large kids' action figure still laying under the seats.
Pros:The staff was unfriendly not helpful and kinda terrible . I didnt like anything about this experience and 10/10 do not recommend
Cons:They could have been more helpful. I was $10.00 short on a hidden deposit I was unaware of until my arrival. Therefore I had to call my grandmother so she could come use her card. Since it was a different card they charged me an extra 50 dollars because she was a driver. Obviously she wasn't a driver she was just helping me out. They didnt care about the dilemma and made no attempt to help me out. The process that should have been 5 mins took an extra hour l after already being on the plane for 8 hours. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful through the whole process.
