Pros:Not much
Cons:They couldn’t go thru with my rental because they required a credit deposit .
Pros:Staff was very calm and helpful. Helped us change our dropoff location within the same city for no charge. Quick pickup
Pros:check in went quickly, even if agent was not particularly friendly.
Cons:How does a $25 per day rental end up costing $80 for one day. Very deceiving policies. Also, new Corolla seats were not comfortable.
Pros:Smooth quiet drive. Good gas mileage.
Pros:Great car for the daily rate, Tyler at the Columbus airport location kept the office open on Christmas day even though our flight was late
Cons:I wasn't told when I made the reservation that there would be an additional rental charge for the car seats, or that the Philadelphia airport charges monstrous taxes. The cost of my rental was effectively doubled, which was an unpleasant holiday surprise. Hertz has no control over the taxes, but I could have bought new car seats for less than what they charged me to rent them.
Pros:Drop off was, Pull up unload and get going. Very easy
Cons:Have insurance policy collected prior to arrival would be great. I could not find mine and it was frustrating. It was my fault thinking it would be ok to just use company insurance.
Pros:The service attendents were great returning the car, especially when I was running late
Pros:I was told that the car rental insurance had to be under my personal insurance plan, not the one I paid got when I reserved the car. Then I was told I had to meet a certain credit score criteria, and if it was too low I would be unqualified from renting the car. Also, I had to fill out a form with a lot of personal information as if I was applying for a credit card. Asked me for my social, employment, living situation, etc.
Cons:The whole situation didn't seem right to me so I'm glad I ended up not paying for this.
Pros:SUV was in okay shape and fun to drive.
Cons:They tried to charge me more than my reservation price and became indignant when I brought up the discrepancy. They wouldn't help fix the problem and the manager Mark Delaney basically told me it wasn't his problem. This is not how you treat customers. I would never recommend Hertz Cmh to anybody.
Pros:nothing
Cons:They were super unhelpful and the whole experience was too much of a hassle. Wanted to put a 2oo$ hold on my account for a one day rental and gave me grief bc my insurance wasn't paying for it. Why would my insurance have to pay for a leisurely rental?? I walked out and booked next door to budget instead and it was the best decision ever.
