Pros:

Check-in and drop-off was quick and easy.

Cons:

I did not notice until later but one of the tires was bald and needed to be replaced. This was very dangerous. I also noticed that one of the tires had already been replaced. The other tire should have been replaced at the same time. Other than that it was a good experience. I will likely rent from them again.

Passenger van

Horrible! I got a call from the Troy location saying they didn’t have any 15 passenger vehicles so I called a different location and asked them to confirm they had one. She said they did and switched my reservation. The next day I got a call from the new location saying they didn’t have any 15 passenger vehicles and the girl who said they did was just a reservation person and couldn’t see their inventory so I never got a rental at all!!!!
