I like that it had a frig. And Breakfast
I was told I would get a non-smoking room and did not. The furniture was very worn down. The bed comforter had cigarette burn holes in it. There were bugs in the room such as ants and I saw a cockroach. My room key often wouldn't work.
I like the fact that the hotel is around a number of stores and restaurants. I disliked the room. It smelled really bad. It was dirty and the shower didn't work. I also didn't appreciate that the hotel does not allow visitors. The towels were small and stained old looking.
I was late to check in and they cancelled my reservations ,then proceded to rent me room minus discounts for reserving in advance i told them room was already paid for what difference does it make when i check in also told them i wanted room on bottom floor but lost that too with cancelled reservations ... still pissed off about that .. keys only work once then have to go back down stairs to get new keys everytime, just too hard on my knees
They gave away my room before I got there
The only perks I would give this Super 8 is that it had great wifi and cable The room didn't come with a refrigerator, when my fiancé went to use the bathroom someone else had used it and didn't flush, the pillows had a food stain on it. I had to let room service know so we can get fresh linens and a clean toilet and they had an attitude about doing so
Comfortable bed, flat screen TV, granite countertop in bathroom No
The location was quiet from freeway traffic.
i was amazed how clean and nice is this place and the the room was perfect, thanks none
Everything was perfect! Staff, room, pool, breakfast. It's worth the price!
Comfortable room size. Easy access to freeway and airport.
The room was upgraded with new decor and a flat screen television. It was a great bargain for overnight after arriving late and before leaving for Palm Springs.
Couldn't be more clean. Bed, restroom, and everything was clean. Close to freeway and local sites. Easy to find. When we first arrived, I had thoughts of finding a new place to stay. It looks like a better motel. Was thinking it was more of a hotel when I booked the room.
The room was very nice, with a comfortable bed, flat panel television, and roomy bathroom Be advised that this hotel is near the railroad and airport. I did not hear any air traffic, but there were occaisonal train whistles. I did not find them bothersome
Nicely appointed rooms are a cut above. The place is well maintained and the breakfast had a good selection and was well stocked. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and excellent value for Money. A bit noisy in the morning with the trains and proximity to the airport.
we were given a room on the first floor, an easy walk to the shuttle. This was thoughtful since we did not have a car. The room was clean and pleasant and amazingly quiet since it is so near the airport.
Well appointed, comfortable, up to date, and the breakfast was nice with a wide selection to choose from.
closeness to the airport
I didn't stay at that hotel. In fact I now I have a huge cell phone bill because the company called me from a +66 country code. Also because they were in Asia my dates were wrong. Causing them to continually switch the hotel until I finally got a room at Econlogde Ontario. Which was dirty and hadn't been vacuumed in a smoking room. I was in town for a Martial arts competition. To say I was unhappy is an understatement. I will never use this site again. I travel to over 10 competitions a year and never have I had such a horrible experience with a travel site.
Great owner Check in was 11am instead of noon.
The place had a television and wifi. It's close proximity to the Claremont Village makes it convenient. Expensive for a lodge. Not the best value for money. The room was not very good.
I liked that they had a mini fridge and a microwave. Also the wooden floors gave it a cool modern look. The building itself is nice to look at Can't complain. We stayed on the side away from the freeway so it was not that noisy
Great location on Historic Route 66 Interestingly enough people were shoveling gravel in the wee hours of the morning (5am) on Saturday right under our window.
It was a--- room. All considering, it's what you paid for. It seems they are renovating. The room was clean. I was glad to find a room under----, so nothing bad to say.
Nothing Unfriendly staff, terrible bed , paper thin towels, very little parking ,no night stand lights
Flat screen TV on the wall, newer carpet. But really the place was so dirty that any positive remarks don't mean anything. It was so so dirty! There was a toe nail on the floor, the box spring and mattress had nasty stains, the shower stank of urine with mold on the shower curtain! Why bother putting in a flat screen and leave a moldy shower curtain!?
Staff was nice. Rooms were cute. A/C worked and it was all nice Everything was nice
Just the Location, Is rating with two stars, but i Will give -2 stars, smell bad, Really dirty under the bed, Carpet dirty, And the bed sheets were dirty body itchy after use Of sheets
Close to destination, easy to find. Parking is very difficult.
Price and location! No!

Location Need po-go stick to get into door. Door not secure and lock broken. No light over table/microwave/frig (very dark). No hand rail on steps to office. NO TELEPHONE! Very much over-priced.
It was clean. The management was aweful. I didn't sleep at all because of the sketchy behavior of the person in charge.
The location I could not understand anything the Manager said. He could not speak English. The room was not what I reserved and it was very dirty.
The room and bathroom were clean and orderly. The bed was comfy. The owners were very warm and welcoming. The lock to the bathroom was broken. 2 out of 3 bedside lights' on/off knob was broken. There was no place to hang anything. Iron and hair dryer were available only at the front desk and not in the room. Breakfast was very basic; only cereal.
The absolute best thing about this MOTEL was the fact of it having Satellite TV and some premium movie channels. The pictures posted showed their more updated and modernized rooms. That was not the room i had received unfortunately. My room was very out dated. Ac/heater unit had broken knobs. No convenient outlets. Overall this place was a motel rather than a hotel.
Comfortable bed, t.v , and cleanliness there was nothing bad

Staff was a bit nosey
Location Two empty parking spots next to our door always had orange cones in them so we couldn't park there. Had to park on the other side of the road.
the sheets were clean and the tv worked. the carpet was pretty grimy and the light over the bathroom vanity didn't work.
The pictures do not do this justice. My room was very clean, well furnished and large. The front rooms face the main road so get one on the inside rear.
The family running it was very nice. It looks nice and updated outside, but it is very old and dated inside.
Manager was rude staff
The staff ia very friendly and helpful. The motel is decent. Nothing fancy but is ok. It is in a goos location. Has fast food within walking distance. I had to have my fridge and microwave changed cuz the one in the room did not work but the staff was more then happy to help!
Nothing I didn't like the fact I was double charged for the filthy room and they denied it when asked.
King room. Non smoking. Late check in was granted. Howecer, upon arrival we asked for extra pillows. They only had one extra pillow at the front desk. Then come to find out there were no bath towels in the set ups. Had to personally walk down there b/c the front desk couldn't leave the front in staffed. Floors were not completely clean and there was hair left all over the bottom of the tub. And there was only one creamer set up left with, by far, the worst coffee ever. In a pinch this place works. Just don't be too picky.
I would categorize my stay at the Super 8 in Ontario California as 'tolerable'. First, my room (221) had the overwhelming smell of carpet deodorizer which permeated my nose and lungs to the point feeling naucious. This made it very difficult to eat in the room since I could literally taste the deodorizer. Second, adult men and women were yelling outside and going in and out of rooms very late and into the early hours of the morning both nights of my stay. I have experienced this only one other time at a motel where prostitutes were allowed to solicit business. Third, when I returned from business the following night my key card had expired even though I paid for two nights. I had to carry all my bags back down stairs to the office to get it 're-updated in the system. Fourth, the office staff who checked me in failed to offer to give me the pass code to access the free Wi-Fi. It was not until the following morning that I had to ask another office staff for the pass code. Finally, there was no maid sent to clean my room and make the bed, place fresh towels or anything the first day of my stay, despite being gone the entire day.
Updated and clean No shower curtain
