The location was convenient, the continental breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. I'm glad there was a refrigerator in the room.

I did not like the elevator, it was very ugly.The hallways carpets looked dirty and old.

The front desk ladies were more than happy to accomadate my needs!

The room was nice and clean

They charge me an extra 200 for idk what with out letting me know and when to went to go talk to them they dined it so I had to call my bank and get it fixed

Hotel staff at the front desk was extremely slow. It just was not efficient and made me feel pretty awkward because it was like beyond slow.

Location, friendly staff

Pool is outside the hotel and is only accessible by walking through the lobby. A little bit of a bother in a swim suit.

Decent amenities but the cafe closes way to early.

It was a very nice hotel, in my opinion, i don't travel much, so i was looking fir something economical but still clean. Ourroom was ready on time, we hung out at the pool. Then in the morning ate their continental bfast. I'm not very picky

Everything was fine for me

The staff was very friendly and cooperative. I called because the heater in my room was only blowing cold air and the girl brought up a portable heater for me. I really appreciated that since it was so cold out.

the hotel met my expectations, except that my door didn't close easily, I had to slam it to get it to lock.

Its close to ontario airport. Good price.

The people at the front desk could not speak English very well and not very friendly. You are not allowed to have any guests In room. The toilet backed up, went to the front desk and they handed me a plunger! Next to freeway, very loud.

You were not allowed to have guests. We were there for a high school reunion and would have invited a friend for a little while (we had air conditioning, they did not) but we were not allowed.

I was given a dirty room when I first checked in and was then transferred to a larger room at no extra cost. However, the refrigerator was making a loud noise all night.

Pricing

Parking was somewhat a problem, but we did arrive later in the evening.

I love the size of the hotel room. This is my 2nd stay with a toddler and it's plenty of room for him to move around. His favorite place in the room is the lounge chair.

No trash bags in the trash bins. Possibly an ala carte breakfast menu. I could have called to place a special order but other than that the menu is great for room service.

The location is great right off the freeway and the rooms are comfortable and nice for the price.

Wish there were refrigerators in the room

Hotel needs to extend the breakfast hours. Especially on holidays.

Nice size room, comfortable bed and sofa

Lots of kids alone doing homework in the lobby when I checked in after 9PM on a weeknight. I think they were kids of people using the meeting room. They were also using the business center computer. Didn't like this at a business type hotel.

I like that I was able to enjoy a complimentary breakfast each morning.

I didn't like that I had to go back to the check-in area because my card key stopped working.

yes! It's basically a motel. The quality of the room is very low. Especially for a 3-star hotel.
