Eddie and Julian were so friendly and went above regular customer service. The price of the rental through Kayak was the best rate I’ve Ever had for renting a car. I would Definietely check Kayak for renting a car!2.0 Poor

The Hertz office is the size of a closet. The two employees who worked in the closet were just average with regard to customer service. The car had less than 1/2 tank of gas and the windows were dirty.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff was super friendly, the price was right but the cleanliness of the interior could have been better. There were crumbs and pieces of food and a big area of stickiness around the seat divider and cup holders - probably just a spilled soda but still, in the time of covid you want the entire car to be clean.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
This was the worst, most stressful car rental experience that I've ever had. The guy was rude. I could not use a debit card for my transaction, it had to be a debit card. If that's the policy, fine. But he was forcing me into a credit check and would not let me call my husband to bring me my credit card. I had to abort and cancel my reservation and wall with all of my luggage down the road to enterprise where they let me use my debitBudget
