Pros:
The location that Kayak provided with pinpoint was inaccurate. I finally found the place after asking local police officer. The car was dirty and beat up. It was very expensive for the quality. Finally, they charged me $15 gas charge without explanation. When I asked the desk, they said they automatically do this unless I show a gas receipt. The tank showed full but didn't have a receipt. I feel Budget is deceiptfulCons:

Good ad, good price They let me know they could not do it fairly promptly but I relied upon the ads in making some last minute plansCons:
I made a reservation with Budget and they called and told me there were no cars availalble. Did the same thing with Avis thru Kayak, made a reservation and they called to tell me know no cars were availalbe. Had to totally change plans and delayed my short trip by a day.Thrifty

Pros:
The staff was rude and I had to wait outside because the place was small. They didn’t open the doors till 9:05 with a few people in front of me already waiting. When I got there the sales associate asked my name and drivers license and then immediately tells me he doesn’t have a car to rent me. So I told him I didn’t want to rent a car I reserved a SUV online. So then he looks up my reservation and tells me that he still doesn’t have an SUV to rent to me (the person before me has just dropped off an SUV) so I asked well what about that one he just returned. He said no because I have 13 other customers to rent to who already prepaid online. He didn’t offer me any other option but to walk out. Ruined my entire dayCons:
Everything. For starters don’t allow customers to rent vehicles that aren’t available. Open the store at the right time. Don’t be rude to the customer and maybe look up the reservation before you assume what they are going to be renting. I could go on but that’s a good start.4.0 Mediocre

Dealing with everyone at the Norwalk location was outstanding from initial contact to pickup and afterwards. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Was surprised to learn that spouse could drive vehicle at no extra cost as other rental companies. Also that toll charges had no additional fees attached. Will use Enterprise again.10.0 Wonderful
