They left me high and dry, didn’t have a car for me even though I booked over a week beforehand and wouldn’t even help me get my money back! Just gave me a number to call the corporate billing office to get my money back for THEIR MISTAKE AND LACK OF PROPER PLANNING.8.0 Very good

When picking up, I was asked for the name of my insurance company, never had that question before. I had opted for the Alliance coverage offered at the time of booking and the pick up clerk seemed perturbed by that.9.6 Wonderful
