They left me high and dry, didn’t have a car for me even though I booked over a week beforehand and wouldn’t even help me get my money back! Just gave me a number to call the corporate billing office to get my money back for THEIR MISTAKE AND LACK OF PROPER PLANNING.8.0 Excellent

When picking up, I was asked for the name of my insurance company, never had that question before. I had opted for the Alliance coverage offered at the time of booking and the pick up clerk seemed perturbed by that.9.6 Excellent

They never said I needed social security if I use debit card, even If I called them twice before, it's unbelievable, never again with this company, also is not the first time the girls from the front desk where so rude and I don't think they finish high schoolAlamo
