Car rental counters have all been moved to a new building at BDL. Requires a substantial amount of walking to get there. Other all went very smoothly.

Cons:

The only problem I had was it was difficult to know where to return the vehicle as national was doing all the check-in’s for enterprise and that made it a little weird to get back to the location. It would’ve been helpful if they would’ve given a little more information on that.

We dropped off in a different town than pick up. We were not exactly sure where we were going in that city. We needed to drop off at a closer location in that city for convenience and they accommodated. Staff was so nice at pick up and drop off locations.
