Pros: The convenience of location of the hotel. You don't have to leave the airport per say. There is an underground passage right into the hotel. Very clean. Very Swiss. There isn't a bad room. Beds are great. Quiet rooms. If you can swing the cost then stay here if you have an early flight out or you get into ZUR late. You won't be disappointed
Cons: You better know the person you are staying since there is a glass wall that divides you from the bathroom. There is a curtain that one can draw from the outside. I saw this in Dubai one time and it is interesting. Usually if you are staying in the same room with someone you know them. This was my sister which I could handle. The curtain was drawn. Nice place over all. They don't have the convenience of you printing out a boarding pass. You have to email it to the front desk. A bit weird for an " AIRPORT HOTEL" Not to have an easy convenience like this printing option.

Pros: We find ourselves every year with a night to spend in Zurich while traveling from the US to the Alps for skiing. This year's trip had a motor coach connection from the airport on arrival. Other years we had a night to spend before departure from Zurich. We have tried other airport hotels and few in the city. We like to eat a favorite restaurant in Zurich which is a short train ride from the airport. The Radisson was just perfect. More convenient than the other airport hotels which are reached by shuttle bus. The connection to the airport is underground through the large train station/shopping center. The train into the city leaves every 15 minutes. I love the design of this Radisson. Our room faced an an interior courtyard with a tall "wine tower" lit by changing LED lights. I thought this would annoying but it was good. The heat and ac were perfect. The bathroom was well designed. All the lighting in the room was superb. I am an architect and I really appreciate good Swiss design. This is well designed hotel, better than any Radisson I have stayed at, contrary to some reviewers who say they are all the same.

Pros: We arrived with our toddler at 11pm to spend a quick night before a 10am flight out the next morning. I had low expectations for an airport hotel but the hotel staff and facilities exceeded them. At check in I asked for a travel crib and mentioned I'd need some cold milk for my toddler so I could get her to bed quickly. The front desk took care of both requests - I didn't have to call room service and both were delivered within the first 5 mins in my room. He also noted we had lots of luggage and gave us a family room which was really spacious. They permit you to take the airport luggage cart into the room for the night which is so convenient. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast buffet was included in our room rate and was a real treat - fresh and delicious. I'm very hard to please and I can honestly say this hotel is very well operated.

Pros: You get what you pay for. Convenient location for layovers, and the staff was helpful in directing me to what was open late due, to my late arrival. Highlight was breakfast. I have stayed at many hotels, around the world, and that was the best breakfast I have had/seen. I usually stay at nice hotels with good value, so if you are a high roller, maybe you have seen better. Nonetheless, the breakfast deserves a gold star in the board.

I had requested twin beds but got a king that we needed to separate. The restaurant was grossly overpriced but I am still experiencing sticker shock over food in Zurich - pack a lunch

Cons: I booked this online thinking it was a budget hotel, considering the price. Receptionist didn't greet us with a smile nor he was being rude or anything but room is already booked and we're checking in at 6pm so I guess he thought no need to be nice. Surprise came next morning. While we were checking out he asked 49chf and I was shocked as for why. It was for the breakfast we ate. Now, nobody told us anything about breakfast not being included and its hotels around this price range you would assume it is. I was really furious about it coz only salami yogurt and coffee at 22chf per person breakfast wow l. What a rip off! What annoyed us the most is that receptionist guy didn't give any info about absolutely anything but when it comes to collect money.... I even had to ask about the Internet connection, he said 'written on the paper', the stuff that he gave us with the room key.

Pros: I was attending a meeting at ETH. This hotel was much less expensive than hotels located closer to ETH. It was a short (and convenient) light rail ride away or a long, pleasant walk. The room (single queen) was small but quite usable. Everything was nice and neat but not fancy. There were a reasonable number of decent restaurants and a bakery nearby, and the location was reasonably quiet. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Cons: The staff are rude, unapologetic, and unsympathetic. The beds are none standard so a queen bed is two smaller ones next to each other. They must have used some cardboard to connect two smaller mattresses because the bed was so uncomfortable I slept 0 hours the first night. They will tell you they are out of mattress toppers. If you keep asking they will bring you a tinny one that doesn’t fit the mattress but it’s the best they can do... They give you two single bnlankets for your queen bed. These things are so small that I couldn’t sleep with them. Nothing more romantic than sharing a queen bed but your partner is shivering under her own tinny blanket. When we asked for a queen blanket, we were told the hotel is fully booked and they don’t have any more... so they don’t stock enough bedding for all their beds... Anyways I could tell you how my complaints lead to a duvet less blanket from the storage room that was so yellow and dirty and still not queen sized but I will skip that story... DONT pay for the breakfast. Just ask to take a look before you commit. Mush of eggs were watery and the cheese and meat looked like they had been sitting out for days (8am). I have no idea how they get away with this overpriced breakfast. So atmosphere sucks, food is bad, comfort is horrid, and the staff never asked if I needed anything or apologized for selling a queen room with amenities of a single room.

Pros: This is a descent hotel for the price, located very conveniently close to the Tram. Not far from the center but f the city and train station. Has a small gym and pool which was great for relaxing. I highly recommend the hotel for the price and closeness to the tram, which connects easily t all locations.
Cons: The air conditioner was not working correctly. We had to move to another room to feel better. The hotel employee who came to see the problem, claimed that it was due to having four people in the room, ridiculous, but at least he was complacent in moving us to another room , which was much better.

Pros: I am an spg gold member and decided to use the gold elite crossover program at the marriott this year, to be honest the gold membership at marriott accounts fpor a lot more than it does at any of the spg hotels. we got an instant upgrade to a high floor "suite-ish" all windows corner room with a magnificent view of the lake, the lounge access guaranteed a full continental breakfast (think hot scrambled eggs, baked beans, breakfast potatoes and a lot lot more not just some cold apps that I usually get at the spg lounges) and full hot dinner - not just some snacks that spg hotels serve. to top it all vegetarian options at every turn. the hospitality was amazing at every step. I definitely recommend this hotel five star service!

Cons: When we arrived to the hotel The receptionist told us that she was going to give us an upgrade (we were happy becuase we weren’t asking for it) so she send us tomroom 3707 ( the smallest room at the hotel, specially for singles). My wife and I were upset about the size, so next morning we went to the front desk and met Joao Reies, great professional who inmediatly changed our room to the one we were expecting it. Thanks to him we had a great night. We want to thank Joao for his actitud and friendly listening to us..

Pros: Nice, pleasant and very accomodating staff, friendly to Americans. Clean rooms with US, UK and EU outlets (along with Swiss). Some rooms have a nice view of the river and the city/train station and park. Room was very clean and
Cons: Poor parking facilities. Expensive and difficult to park a "normal" sized car. A 10-15 minute walk to eating areas. Thai restaurant was expensive and so-so.
