Restaurant and Bar, Knowledgeable and helpful staff, central location of the hotel for restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and transportation around the city. small rooms, weak air conditioning (more like climate control, only).

location, location, location!!! The staff was very helpulf and accomodating, but not necessarily effective in solving request. The restaurant (King's Cave) was excellent, and the service top notch. the A/C did not work well, and the solution I got when I asked for somebody to get it fixed was to open the window. The parking although available, was not necessarily very user friendly as you need to get somebody from the staff to go down with you to get your car in and out of the garage.

Location is perfect. Close to the station, the shops and business centers.

Location. Location Location...... I would recommend this hotel just for its location. they were overbooked and offered us to choose smoking room or smaller room just above tram station. Unprofessional!!!!!!! We had to wait for 20 minutes at the reception desk before we were taken to see the room.

Very good location. Very easy to move around to important places in Zurich. Good for shopping also. I requested for the taxi to International Airport. I am expecting a meter taxi. When the taxi arrived there is no meter and the hotel didn't inform me ahead about this. Taxi charged me CHF 60 and I think this is not acceptable. Hotel should inform me an estimated cost of the taxi before they call.

Large, fully appointed rooms near the train station. Also, near close to major shopping. Attention to detail was lacking for a quality hotel. Two or three small problems but major problem was heat was on and couldn't turn it off while air conditioning was off and couldn't turn it on. If possible book a room away from the main street.

Room rate at CHF660 outrageous. Hotel not worth it. Restaurant closed on my Sunday night stay; having to walk down the road to find place for dinner not acceptable at that room rate.

The design. I was not provided a non-smoking room as requested so I dislike the smell of cigars and cigarettes in my room during my entire stay.

good room concept, smoking and non-smoking rooms available, spacious bar too expensive for its quality. not really efficient front desk (did not bring up items to the room as requested, but left them without notice at the front desk). when room was cleaned, full ashtray was not emptied (!). ridiculous charge for 5 min stirring (not cleaning) of 1 jacket and 1 pair of trousers: CHF 76.-

The staff were exceedingly good and helpful. Great location. clean & comfortable. The bathroom needed a makeover. It was generally fine, but was small, there was ? mould on the bath sealant and the paint on the ceiling was flaking off.

Breakfast was okay. Only a small bed with 1 sleeve, but booked a double room for 2 persons. Douche not working properly. TV bad quality. Definitely not worth the four stars they claim to have.

The Internet-TV in a room of hotel was pleasant. One lack - TV programs from Russia were inaccessible. 1. The teapot did not work also I could not prepare for tea to itself. 2. The floor in a bathroom was very cold and I have not find out as it is possible to switch on heating of a floor.

Location was great and the breakfast and restaurant were also very good TV and hardline internet didn't work and they didn't even attempt to fix it the whole time I was there (2 weeks).

We originally recieved an unrenovated room which was poor and at the back of the hotel. Upon request, the hotel staff moved us to one of the newly renovated rooms which were excellent and ours had a wonderful view of the lake. The older rooms are not up to standard.

Our stay was short, but we had a delightful dinner at the restaurant. The computer at the business center was very slow...
