Mechanical issues delayed us 30 minutes and the pilot came on intercom basically bragging for shaving 6 minutes (off of our 45 min delayed arrival time)
Flight attendant for first class is definitely not a morning person. Oh and the WiFi DID NOT WORK!
I had pretzels and there was not entertainment on the flight

Pros: "Boarding was efficient the flight left on time in spite of rain. Lots of air traffic departing JFK and we were delayed in the take off queue for an hour. The captain made up time and arrived Paris almost as scheduled. Food was very good for coach class and it was a hot meal."
Cons: "The coach seats even on this 6.5 hour flight were uncomfortable. The seat backs have no support. The aircraft was an older 767 and did not have entertainment screens on the seat backs. Thus there were no games or other interactive programs. It had the overhead monitors for movies. Hopefully they will modify that plane soon."

Cons: "Least favorite leg of the trip. The seats were super tight with very little room. The crew was the least friendly I have met. The food was the least pleasing I have ever had."

Pros: "Entertainment was great. I really liked the touch screens on the chairbacks. Food was fine for airplane food. It came more than I expected. Get sandwiches over the meals, they are better quality. A vegetarian guy had a hard time but the crew tried to help him out. Comfort was ok for a 13 hour trip. The chairs are not really the best and my back hurt after a while. Make sure you stretch! Crew was nice except for one lady. But she wasent rude just... non responsive. Other members were fantastic though. Boarding was very painless."

Alaska Airlines never explained at ticket purchase that it was at American Airline Terminal. Caused a 8 min walk to AA terminal from Alaska terminal. BS 4. None of this was explained at ticket purchase. Not happy. Probably will never try to fly Alaska Airlines again."

Cons: "The weather was bad in Dallas preventing our landing. Our plane had to be diverted to be refueled which caused us to miss our connecting flight. There was no one at the counter to help us, but one of the crew told us to call the 800 number which told us our connecting flight was in the air. When we finally found someone to help us, they rescheduled us for the next flight out 11 hours later. When we asked about accommodations, we were told there would be none since it was weather related. Then we were told we could "look for a cot", but she didn't know where any cots were."

Pros: "After boarding and a 20 min wait seated we were told we had to leave the plane because of the broken something . It was fixed and we were off about two hours late. Fresno is a beautiful easy airport."

Pros: "I used points to bump up this flight to first class and was very grateful for the delicious food and extra room. We received good service from attendants who checked on us often to bring extra drinks and answer questions. I see now that it's worth the extra money/points to fly first class. Thank you for making it a great experience!"
Cons: "I felt the flight attendant who first served me was a little brash. We were seated for what seemed like extra time before takeoff so I ordered a mimosa when asked if I wanted a drink. She seemed reluctant to give it to me so I wish she had explained that there wasn't much time or explained any hesitations that she was maybe trying to hide from her expressions. I was only 1/3rd finished with the drink when she practically grabbed it from my hands and said she had to take it away. A warning would have been nice, I could have finished it faster. Then during the flight when I ordered another one so I could actually enjoy it, she still seemed hesitant/judgmental and finally said "that will be the last champagne the plane has." It was an awkward experience that I didn't appreciate. However, this same attendant seemed more friendly throughout the flight and was kind and helpful."

Cons: "The United Airlines reps could have shown some empathy to the passengers who were delayed. The arline knew we had connecting flights and could've alerted the other flight that we were there and to wait on us. The connecting flight was scheduled to leave at 9:50. I arrived at the gate at 9:49 only to find that the flight had not only boarded but had already left. The reps at the counter showed no level of empathy and acted put out when asked to provide transportation to the reassigned gate. Lastly, the flight could've offered something more than a $10 food voucher, especially since the majority of the food in the airport is greater than $10."

The inconsiderate bumpkins in front of us put seat back and then leaned forward the whole flight. we could not even put our tray table all the way down. Coke spilled all over us in turbulence as liose tabke bounced significantly more than if set in place. Give people rude, freeze saet so cant recline or remove tray tables so we dont hurt ourselves due to rude people."

Cons: "My flight was delayed over 4 hours. Pilots kept us in the plane before take off for an hour. They barely informed us even when we were experiencing turbulence and flight attendants were not very attentive to us during the flight."
Pros: "I had a terrible time flying from IAH to Pensacola with United. I was flying on Christmas Day and there were not enough employees from United to help the customers. One of United employees completely disregarded me when I needed help, and I ended up missing my flight."
Pros: "Due to weather delays "not able to accommodate" Service representative had an attitude. I understand there are a lot of issues, but it's their job in customer service and if anyone should be upset it should be the customer for not being able to make their flight as scheduled."
Cons: "Flight was canceled. Waited in the customer service line for 3+ hours just to not be helped. Had to rent a car for more money than I spent on my round trip ticket without reimbursement. United employees give you the run around so they don't have to deal with you anymore and none of them are on the same page. Definately lost a loyal customer after this nightmare of an experience."

Pros: "The assistance from ticketing and boarding and the flight was excellent from the people who we saw face to face."
Cons: "My original flight was cancelled and I was given a different flight. I did not receive comparable seating. I was double charged for extra 5 inches of leg room and then didn't get it anyway because the flight was over crowded and all the overhead bins were taken and my carry on was forced between my legs in the seat in front of me. The airline was United a Star alliance member."

On each of my 3 plane changes there was only one attendant actually smiled. Another read from a sheet of paper like she didn't know what to say. Two others never dmiled or said you're welcome after I thanked them. Im used to the friendly staff on Southwest. They are great!"

The armrest in between us was up when I arrived to my seat with a large woman spilling over into my seat and I had to lean over the whole flight towards the aisle which made for a short and uncomfortable flight."
