Pros: Lots of leg room, smooth flights and plenty of notification of any upcoming turbulence. Delta did fantastic with keeping everything from check-in to landing friendly and professional. Will definitely fly again

Cons: There was barely any room on my seat and in front. It was the worst flight experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve flown on a fair bit of airlines from 3rd world countries.

Cons: When all overhead bins were full, they should have allowed those who didn’t need to check their carry on to board the plane before those who needed to check their carry on. Very unorganized at gate.

Cons: The flight attendants were terrible. Rushed, cranky, and fake. Didn't want to share what was actually in the Pasta or Chicken. As if anyone wants to just choose pasta or chicken without knowing what the hell is on it. Ridiculous

Cons: Although I understand bad weather is out of the airlines' hands, cancellation of flights seemed to be called a little early (ie to places that we just starting to rain before snow). It took me four days to get home (mnl-rap) because of cancelled flights

Pros: The crew was amazing! Very nice, professional, courteous. Couldn’t have asked for better. I also enjoyed having wifi for viewing your movies in contrast to screens behind the seats.

Cons: The touch screen to watch movies was terrible. The screen did not respond well at all to touch and there was no Sound. Even when attempting to increase volume with volume control, it simply did not work. Even my seat mate attempted it and had no luck. extremely long flight- no entertainment

Cons: I was assigned a middle seat on a full flight. But the back 2 rows were nearly empty

Cons: Everything costs money - food, entertainment, luggage - and far too much at that, which is unacceptable for such a long flight.

Cons: on my 1st flight with Alaska Airlines: - when i arrived - I was told that my young daughter and I couldn't sit together! - the snotty agent said I should have known that with my economy ticket - the flight was 3 HOURS LATE! - they gave us food vouchers after I spent $20 on food! - never fly Alaska!!

Cons: A crew member apparently thought I wasn’t throwing my trash away quickly enough, so he very roughly reached through my legs to get it. It was super inappropriate and made me feel really uncomfortable. He should be reprimanded. Makes me feel unsafe flying on Alaska.

Cons: Taking off on time - pilot got stuck in traffic on the way to airport. This caused us to miss our connecting flight. It is very unprofessional.

Cons: The boarding process could've been better (no excess of gate changes, overbooking the flight, and kicking people out of their seats). Additionally, the food on board could've been better. My chicken was not chicken and lastly the airline's hard product could've been better, no IFE is a big no-no.

Pros: The crew was the sweetest! They took great care of me and my family. They also helped my family all get sat together. The food was good and the entertainment selection was excellent!

Cons: I bought a cheap ticket and apparently that now means on Alaska Air that I don't get a seat assignment until I get to the gate and then I will be given two seats in the very back of the plane.

Pros: The air hostess didn’t smile while offering cookies, but she wasn’t rude. She later asked my fellow passenger to move to another window seat and I had the comfort of 2 seats.

Pros: The crew was friendly to me on the plane but the gate staff at both Charlotte airport and Las Vegas airport were rude

Cons: The overall experience and when I missed my connecting flight because the plane wasn’t ready and we had to turn around because they let someone who was actively throwing up on the plane than decided she needed to go back we sat in that plane for 2 hours on the tarmac
