Seats were comfortable ... enough. Boarding process, once underway allowed me to get overhead bin and stash my other luggage in the seat below me. Flight wasn't overly booked (85-95%) so there appeared to be room for others to stretch out. Now about that crying kid...
Ugh. Weather delays. The flight was scheduled to board about 7P but it arrived late and they had to not only unload the self-loading cargo, but clean up afterwards. Would be nice to get a better estimate as to how long it would take to board so that I could hang out in the lounge. In addition, departure from JFK was delayed as well, either we missed the IFR window or got stuck behind some traffic and I fell asleep on the plane only to wake up what seemed an hour later just getting ready to hit V1. No upgrade.
My baggage took for to long to arrive
Not sure who thought every passenger is 5'6 but for the rest of us, the seat pitch is ridiculously close. Like knees to the seat in front close. I'm 5'10 and I was very uncomfortable the entire flight.

I call in advance to paid the fees for baggage, I call Aeromexico because was the main airline for the fly, but Delta at Seattle made me paid again the fees for baggage’s even by phone they said that I didn’t need to paid. BE AWARE AND CAREFUL BECAUSE THE LADIES IN THE FRONT DESK didn’t even look the paperwork that you have in hand, they only want to charge you saying that your payment thru Aeromexico didn’t help you in the 1st fly. How this can happen when Delta and Aeromexico are two subsidiary one of another ?

Reservation was deleted so check in took a very long time and my seat (reserved weeks in advance) on the long international flight was reassigned to a very undesirable location. Food was not good, and drink service was only done twice on 17 hour flight. It took an hour to start taxiing after we were all seated and left the gate.
My United connecting flight was delayed. I rushed to arrive at the gate prior to the departure time to be told the plane had left early and I had been rescheduled to the next morning at 7am. However, there were no vouchers available for me to stay in a hotel or get food. So, I was able to get a flight on American that got me home the same night. By the way, the American flight was delaying takeoff to wait for passengers who had been delayed on their connecting flights.
Checking in was simple with no problems. They made the process easy. Very courteous!
Boarding goes quick, nice seats in economy comfort
No free food besides pretzels on an almost 8 hour flight. Any decent seat is an upchaege to economy plus. WiFi slow, only can access entertainment if you have app download on phone.
Delayed Swiss flight 8 tue 12 dec 2017 led to catastrophe
Flight got canceled for over a week.
The only thing I didn’t like is that he have any fresh food they said something was going on in LA that prevented him from giving us actual food other than that everything else was fine

had to take another flight, ticket agent was able to change me to a different flight on JAL. however, JAL could not access the ticket info and ticket agent would not take my payment. result was missing that flight, ticket manager told me it's my fault and tough luck no refund. American airlines told me the same, ended up losing my money for the ticket purchase. i booked another new flight with another airline direct. worst experience in my life using kayak.
