Pros: After there was a problem with the plane once we had boarded, they were able to switch us to another plane at another gate. There was a short wait, and we only had a delay of 35 minutes.

Cons: Cabin did not was clean and had very bad odor. Entertainment system is old and was inactive some minutes during the trip.

Pros: The trip was as to be expected. The low cost was the absolute best thing about this trip. If the cost is going to be that affordable, I will definitely take more trips with sun country and recommend it to my friends and family.

Cons: The only issue w/the flight was that we sat on the tarmac for about as long as the flight took. There was something going on at the gate we were to arrive at, and that left us on the tarmac for about 45 minutes or so. Then there wasn’t very good air flow. Should’ve had an alternate gate.

Pros: Nothing. Delayed for 4 hours. No time change updates were ever provided at the airport. No communications provided as to why our flight was delayed. No other options given. No food or drink vouchers given & of course, no discounts provided for future travel. Not that would EVER fly Sun Country again

Cons: Communication and updates. At the very least, food and drink vouchers. 4 hours is a LONG time to be delayed. Extra points had the airline reimbursed their $40 ONE WAY bag fee regardless whether it’s a carry on or checked luggage.

Cons: 1. Crew moved my luggage without asking, 2. Sat in window seat and it was easily 85 degrees, 3. Seat is not made for someone 6’2”. Neck support falls at shoulders which was super uncomfortable, 4. Inflight entertainment worked for a bit then didn’t.

As we were boarding the plane from Austin to Phoenix, we got a notification that our layover had been delayed an additional 5 hours due to construction at SFO. I’d have appreciated more of a heads up than as I’m boarding.

Cons: The bathroom on the flight from Denver to Santa Barbara was the WORST EVER! I doubt it has ever been cleaned and the poor people that had seats near or at the rear of the plane should have been refunded their money having been subjected to the smell of an “indoor outhouse!” Shameful!!

Cons: The seatback offered free streaming of AA entertainment on my tablet, but when I opened the browser and selected entertainment, the only option was to pay $9.95, so I just watched downloaded Netflix episodes. Plus the movies offered on AA streaming didn't look especially good.
