Great staff nice planes.

Boarded late and then sat on plane for 45 minutes because of a clerical error...whatever that means. Then only one truck to deice plane, adding more time to our take off.

Cons: "The redesign of seats means that very few of Delta's planes can actually accommodate a sherpa-style pet carrier, even though they are an industry standard for in-cabin travel. Further complicating the problem is that the clearance under the seat varies depending where in the cabin you're seated. It's become an extremely stressful proposition for which I have the privilege of paying an extra +$100 each way whilst having to give up one of my carry ons. As far as I can see, the charge is just straight up greed, since no one would be able to use the space beneath the seat in front of me, anyway, and carrying on my cat cause zero extra work for the crew. I'm going to have rethink my loyalty to Delta. At least with Southwest, they'll let me check two bags for no additional cost."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed due to weather, which I was fine with as I wanted to fly home in the safest conditions, and I do trust the captains decision. However, upon arrival, we were stuck on the runway for 3 hours!!!! Our flight landed at 1, we did not exit plane until 3:40. They were not curtious enough to give us accurate time frames on when we would be allowed off. They told us 40 minutes initially, obviously was a lie. We did not receive updates whatsoever. We had to stay seated the entire time with seat belts even though we were not moving!! I got up to use the restroom and was instructed to sit back down even though attendants were aware that we were not moving and were not getting off any time soon. A 2 hour flight turned into 5 hours on the plane instead so of course many passengers needed to use the restroom. Flight attendants offered no avail with extra attention, drinks, snacks or even by allowing fussy babies to be strolled down the aisle as the aircraft was completely still until the last 3-5 minutes when we FINALLY pulled to a terminal. We had to have a terminal when southwest would have gladly brought stairs to our flight so we could at least wait inside a less compact space, such as the airport, for luggage. I know of many people on our flight who missed connecting flights, which I'm sure AA did nothing to accommodate. By the end of it all, my family member who originally was going to pick us up from airport went home as he waited over 3 hours for me to get off the plane. I had to pay a taxi cab to bring me home and did not make it home until 6am when it was all said and done. To add insult to injury, the flight attendants did not even thank us for our patience or have the decency to address said issue. Never flying AA again."

It was a 2 hour flight each way... Can't they prorate for flight duration or something??!! I ended up watching 1 movie "Superman vs Batman" that was 1 of 4 options of movies that come with the $25.95 package. Other movies available are an additional $5.99 to "rent". Wow...ruined."

This flight never happened. We were not even in the airport because the connection was delayed hours past when this one was supposed to leave. Everyone knew it would be. But United didn’t say anything until they canceled it at it’s departure time.

It is virtually impossible to hear the announcements on this plane. Very poor audible equipment. The attendant did a nice job with serving drinks and snacks to everyone on this tiny plane. He was efficient and pleasant.

It was getting hot inside and people were getting upset about missing their connecting flights. We went around in circles on the runway, about 3 times. As people were getting agitated, so was the stewardess. Also people had to use the restroom, and the stewardess kept asking people to stay in there seats and she begin to lose her cool. What do you expect when your on the runway for over an hour. When people got to go, they got to go. So after finally arriving at the gate, "late" United did get me on another flight thru Alaska which was great. Will I fly United again, hmm I'm sure I will, One bad experience won't scratch them off my list, but I will choose other airlines first and United will be my last resort."

Due to the amount of people, noise, and dishevelment my PTSD became aggravated and I found myself having an attack. I chose the initial early flight to ensure this would not happen. I am aware of what causes my PTSD to become aggravated and I take that into consideration when I make all plans."

Cons: "4 hour delay because frontier either doesn’t contract for or refuses to pay for deicing services in Phoenix. The pilot stated that Sky Harbor doesn’t have deicing services which I personally know to be false because southwest and delta both have deicing services and their is a deicing location at the airport. Instead we waited for the sun to thaw the airplane and further waited for a fuel truck afterwards. Only the first three rows have reclining seats that you pay extra for. I only recommend frontier for SHORT commutes, as the seats really are that uncomfortable with very little padding. NEVER AGAIN!"

When they came out the workers looked so surprised and flustered. You know what time customers will begin arriving. You should know what time your employees should be at work. Unacceptable to have an empty counter that we have to ask someone to go find workers for. Especially when you like to charge for so many things at that counter. You should have paid me for my luggage instead of the other way around."

It was a quick trip and thought a back pack would be okay to carry on.... nope that’s $38, if you pay ahead of time. They charge more at the gate. When you check in they try to get you to pay anywhere from $9 to $21 to pick a seat. Seats don’t recline either. Flight was also late. You’re better off paying the full fare on another flight than flying Frontier. Never again."

We were going to a business meeting in demver in the morning in the afternoon a 70 th birthday lunch for my best friend. This trip was planned for months . We live in phx after it was clear we had missed both events we went back home @5 We ended up paying for a supper shuttle and a rent a car in Denver . We paid all that money To go noware the customer service woman there , was uncaring to everyone on board we were just on our own . I am heartbroken we missed the party ."
Cons: "My flight had a six hour delay and the whole Phoenix Frontier section of the terminal was packed because there were multiple flights delayed. All for mystery "mechanical" issues."

Cons: "The seats are not angled to fit the figure of a person. The back of the seat leans back and the head of the seat is perfectly straight up. It meets at a point where that does not line up with the persons body height depending on the person. If you just leave it at one angle of give it the potential to lean back just enough, People will be that much more comfortable. I wasn't the only person who mentioned this on my flight, in fact I spoke with 3 people and overheard others complaints as well. One angle or at least a centimeter of space to lean back...I don't think it will mess with people behind them since there's no tv or entertainment and I think it will continue to bring more people into frontier."

Cons: "Frontier ingeneral. Very poor customer service, very uncomfortable, no accommodations for taller people with service animal, flight was delayed twice. Won't make that mistake again."
Pros: "I was almost late and they did everything they could to help me get to my destination including running my drivers license to me, as I was realizing at the security check that I had lost it. Then the crew was second to none and far better than other larger airlines. I'm sure most people know through word of mouth or their own experiences that they are sometimes spread too thin to cater to the customer anymore and this, however, was a fresh change of pace. I rarely take the time to fill reviews out but felt obligated in this case to spread the word through my gratitude. I had recently been laid off and they made sure I got on my flight for a job opportunity I needed. I thought the best part was the $59 ticket with tax but you can't quantify real costumer service like that. Thank you again to everyone at Frontier Airlines!"

Cons: "A loud crying baby was behind me the whole time. Inevitably, he stopped crying just five minutes before the flight ended. Nothing much any one can do about this. I did not think to ask for ear plugs, maybe you have them."
Pros: "I liked everything except I was a bit surprised to find out it was an extra $40 for my carry-on each way. I would've paid the extra $80 upfront but it seemed a little bit sneaky to add it on when I got to the airport. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable experience."

Cons: "As the other airlines were flying out of Denver despite the falling snow, Frontier cancelled almost every flight anywhere. Including ours. To their credit, they refunded our money, but its hard to need to go somewhere and the airline you've chosen is sitting on the ground. Very bad form."

Cons: "The baggage check in process at Phoenix is a complete joke. What is the point of prepaying for baggage on line if you still have to stand in line for over half an hour while you watch other passengers drop their jaws when they find out how much checking a bag costs, have the agents explaining the process and the price, fumbling for credit cards, processing the payments, etc, then, when you finally get to your turn, you are out of there in 30 seconds. There should be at lease one agent at all times who is dedicated to serving the passengers who do not need to pay. They should be in and out, not standing in line, when there is no payment to process. Then there is the total joke of the refreshments sales process on board the flight. It's not even worth going into that since I will never board another Frontier flight."
Pros: "Be prepared to pay $150+ to pick your seat and check your luggage, even your carry-on."
Pros: "I have flown with frontier multiple times, and everytime there is an issue. From lengthy delays, rude employees or overly priced checked luggage. And not only that their new seats are so uncomfortable and don't recline back. The Some what lower prices aren't worth it any more. I will not be flying with frontier anymore."
Cons: "The original fair cost was inexpensive but you pay for it at check in with extra cost to sit together and more for checked luggage than other airlines. To add to the additional costs, there was no free in-flight drinks or snacks offered. Is it asking that much for a water and a cookie. The seats and the plane overall were very cheesie. I spent just as much in the end flying frontier as I would have flying another more expensive airline. And would have gotten at least a drink and a cookie from them."

Cons: "We have been delayed 2.5 hours and still waiting. No one has been at the desk the entire time to give us any updates or information. Our message board behind the desk still says we were departing 30 minutes ago. Pilots took forever with pre check"
Cons: "I had to change flight plans with travel insurance reccomended by Kayak (which was no help at all). What the travel insurance covered was so specific that it was pointless to buy...(even though Kayak said that I would get a refund not matter what if I bought the travel insurance)."
Pros: "I was glad the flight had room to move around and I was able to change seats to watch out the window. I was especially glad to have seating room. Also it was a pleasure to ride in a newer aircraft."
Pros: "I appreciated that we were allowed a purse as individual carry on. They do charge for carry ons, so check the measurements of your bag. They didn't appear to be too anal about it, but $60 charge at the gate wasn't worth it."
Cons: "Misleading during online check in about paying extra for more "valuable" seats. If you really don't care, don't pay extra unless you like giving away your money."
Pros: "The crew was nice, flight on time and fine."
Cons: "I don't like the fact that you do not recycle, yet you provide goods that are just placed in landfills and will take hundreds of years to decompose. The airports recycle, is it that difficult to make that happen for Frontier? The hundreds of plastic cups, plastic bottles, cans, etc. etc. is mind blowing and is something I pay attention to. I actually took my item back to the airport instead of giving to the crew at the end so I could place the item in the recycle bin in the airport after asking your crew if there was recycling. They said there was no recycling. I also picked up a plastic bottle from another seat on the way out to help clean up since I knew you guys would throw it out anyway. Thanks for considering being more sustainable, eco-friendly, and for thinking about my comment seriously to minimize your airplane's environmental impact. I will pay attention and voice my concerns elsewhere as well - recycling shouldn't have to be done by the consumer, the businesses need to step up and make it happen."
Pros: "fares are fine but you offer NOTHING FREE like they did in the good old days, not even a small pillow or blanket, no small bottle of water or peanuts. Back in the day we got food, snacks, room to move and comfortable seats for an airplane."

Pros: "My initial flight from Denver to Phoenix was a hour late, but lets talk about the way home.... Flight got in OK and then we waited 45 minutes for a gate to open. Could you park us at another gate? That would be too simple. When we parked we waited another 20 minutes while they put a jet way in place. Now answer this... the other plane just left that spot, so what happened to the jet way from that plane? Do they completely take it away or just fold it up? Fold it up I bet , so it was in place just had to be opened up. I guess they couldn't find anyone to do that. I know this sounds petty, but I have never taken a Frontier flight that went smoothly. Thank God I haven't had to take many. And it's not as cheap as it looks by the time they get you for bags and a charge for your seat. I ALREADY PAID FOR MY SEAT, WHAT'S THAT ALL ABOUT. Bye Bye Frontier, I'll pay more for the service issues."

Cons: "No one checks people on how their kids should behave. Two hours I had my seat kicked and clawed. No matter the age, a child needs his or her own seat. The flight attendants need to be more apt to the problems caused and less to how cute a child may or may not be."

Cons: "I saw those updated seats and the joke of a tray table that was provided wouldn't even hold my iPad. The staff was apparently new because they couldn't get through one intercom conversation without fumbling through it and when a customer asked how long the flight was the flight attendant didn't know and another passenger had to answer. We were delayed by 2 hours and all because the intercom phone was broken. I know it's a safety hazard but it just wasn't a smooth professional staff that you typically see. One of the three flight attendants was tenure but all I saw was the new girl fumble through everything. I'm hoping she was new...also, we are delayed two hours sitting on the plane, so I know people will give bad reviews about that but there's nothing you can control regarding our safety. It is what it is, I just couldn't stop shaking my head everything they spoke on the intercom how bad they were on it."
Pros: "This was my first flight on Frontier and didn't know what to expect. When my iPhone boarding pass wouldn't work at security I was sent to the Frontier counter and they helped me instantly. The Phoenix boarding lounge was NOT a good introduction with holes and rips in the seats and a "sofa" that rocked everyone on it whenever someone moved.. The gate attendant however was great - and funny. The plane was VERY nice and made up for the lounge plus we made it to Colorado Springs 20 minutes early! The price ($56 including fees and taxes) means I'll be looking at Frontier in the future."

Cons: "Seriously, it was a horrible experience. Everyone complains that they're misleading with the cost, but it really just adds up to what you pay on other lines, maybe slightly less still. BUT, so not worth it. Spend the extra money elsewhere. Terrible customer service. Seriously, there were 3 people that were nice, everyone else was flat out rude. Both on the phone and in person. And I was nice to them even though I was really upset, which was hard to do. Our first flight was delayed 8 hours for maintenance. We got a $10 food voucher and a $100 flight voucher. Not the best compensation considering the duration of our time in the airport and the cost of food, plus the fact that our flight was more than $100. We couldn't use the flight voucher on our return flight because it was already booked (even though a supervisor prior to that said we could), so that was worthless since I have no interest in flying with them ever again. I found out later that the flight voucher can at least be used for baggage and seat selection on the return flight, which no one mentioned even when I specifically asked multiple people (including a different supervisor) what it could be used for. But that didn't help me out either since... the flight back was flat out cancelled 40 mins before it was due to leave because they didn't have a crew to fly it due to weather issues elsewhere. The next flight they could get us on was two days later or 2 weeks later... We got a refund, but of course since it was such short notice then booking on another airline was far more expensive and they don't make up the difference. It seemed like Frontier runs things so tight that they don't have any backup plans for what I would assume are not wholly uncommon things, like maintenance and weather issues. And, as other people have pointed out, they were the tiniest seats I have ever seen. All I could think once we got on the plane was, "Thank God I'm not fatter or taller and thank God we weren't stuck on the plane itself!""
