Cons: "The redesign of seats means that very few of Delta's planes can actually accommodate a sherpa-style pet carrier, even though they are an industry standard for in-cabin travel. Further complicating the problem is that the clearance under the seat varies depending where in the cabin you're seated. It's become an extremely stressful proposition for which I have the privilege of paying an extra +$100 each way whilst having to give up one of my carry ons. As far as I can see, the charge is just straight up greed, since no one would be able to use the space beneath the seat in front of me, anyway, and carrying on my cat cause zero extra work for the crew. I'm going to have rethink my loyalty to Delta. At least with Southwest, they'll let me check two bags for no additional cost."

It was getting hot inside and people were getting upset about missing their connecting flights. We went around in circles on the runway, about 3 times. As people were getting agitated, so was the stewardess. Also people had to use the restroom, and the stewardess kept asking people to stay in there seats and she begin to lose her cool. What do you expect when your on the runway for over an hour. When people got to go, they got to go. So after finally arriving at the gate, "late" United did get me on another flight thru Alaska which was great. Will I fly United again, hmm I'm sure I will, One bad experience won't scratch them off my list, but I will choose other airlines first and United will be my last resort."

It got in at 9 pm by the time we got the car and got to out friend home it would have been close to 11 . We would have been up for 20 hours ( got up at 3 am to get there for a 6 am flight . We were going to a business meeting in demver in the morning in the afternoon a 70 th birthday lunch for my best friend. This trip was planned for months . We live in phx after it was clear we had missed both events we went back home @5 We ended up paying for a supper shuttle and a rent a car in Denver . We paid all that money To go noware the customer service woman there , was uncaring to everyone on board we were just on our own . I am heartbroken we missed the party ."

My same small back pack that fits under other airlines seats wasn't even close to going under forcing me to straddle for the the entire flight. I will NOT use Frontier again. The airline feels like Alligeant that costs much less. I'll stick with Southwest!"

They want to charge you three dollars for a soda. It is not customer service. Having a survey for customer happiness is stupid when they aren't working to make the customer happy. It has become evident that airlines do not care about their customers anymore. I mean if you are going to make us pay for everything then at least be polite. And on the return flight we had to sit for a half hour and wait while they moved another plane that was occupying out gate."

At ORD the lines were short/fast but the agent was a little rude, it was my first time flying Frontier so I just had a few questions and she made me feel like I was annoying her or wasting her time. At the gate the boarding process was as expected, except I think the gate agent could have done a bit better crowd control, it was really cumbersome to get across the multitudes of people with unassigned seats or later zones that were clogging up the entrance just standing there. The flight was smooth. Upon arrival at PHX luggage took upwards of 30+ minutes to arrive and some passengers had to wait much longer. My luggage arrived damaged. I filed a report at the Frontier desk but their response was to ask me to leave my broken luggage there, take my items in clear trash bag and wait for a voucher. How am I supposed to take my items to a hotel for business meetings in a trash bag? That's not an acceptable solution to a problem I did not create, baggage handlers did it. When I got to the hotel I realized that the items I had on the front pocket of my luggage were tampered with and one item was missing. I was told I could go spend the money to replace my luggage and bring them back the receipt, and then leave them the broken luggage cause and I quote "you can't have it all". What does that even mean? I can't have MY luggage? That I brought in perfect condition and the baggage handler broke? Come on. They did not explain if they would offer a refund immediately upon receiving my receipt, it was all very rushed and vague and I was going to miss my transport so I had to leave. They did not give me a claim number or a number to call back at. Nothing. I wasn't even being rude or loud or annoyed like some customers get when these things arise. I understood perfectly that it was an accident and these things happen, but I still deserved a proper response and decent treatment, since I just paid $45 for a checked bag only to have it be broken. On the day of my departure from PHX I arrived at the airport on time, 2 hours and 15 minutes earlier from my departure. I stood in line at Frontier for an entire hour to check in my luggage even though I had checked in online and already paid my fee. I asked if there was a place for people who already were checked in and a rude airport staff member told me to just "get back in line". After waiting in line for that long suddenly the desk agent yells to all the passangers from a flight to Denver to move up to the front of the line, so about 100 or more people move ahead of me despite the vast majority of them having arrived late. I understand their flight was leaving earlier but what about our flight? How is it reasonable or fair to reward people for being late and make people who have been dutifully and calmly waiting in line FOR AN HOUR standing with heavy bags wait even longer? The whole thing was just terrible!"

The gate attendant however was great - and funny. The plane was VERY nice and made up for the lounge plus we made it to Colorado Springs 20 minutes early! The price ($56 including fees and taxes) means I'll be looking at Frontier in the future."

I all but had to rais my hand and shout out to the attendant to take my order - the passanger next to me had to say something to the attendant on my behalf. I get people at one point or another have an off day - but it was bad a Ly the same on the way on second leg f the trip"

Cons: "I understand charging for luggage, but they rig it so that it is cheaper to check in a bag than to carry it on (wtf??). This normally is not a problem but both ways to SF they had issues at the baggage carousel and we spent 30 mins waiting. They also add a $13 fee both ways for any seat on the flight, then if you want a special seat with legroom it is $25. To me that should be illegal. You sell me a ticket but I have to pay for a seat? WILL NEVER FLY FRONTIER AGAIN"

Cons: "The $60 charge for carry one that I discovered as I was about to board the plane. In 42 years of travel, never been charged for this. My bag ended up being more expensive than my flight! I thought I had found a $49 bargain flight on Kayak, and it ended up being a red herring. I feel completely ripped off. Not to mention, I saw a member of the flight staff treat 2 passengers ahead of me with very little respect. I was not the only passenger fooled by the carry-on scam. This entire experience with Frontier was like a Quentin Tarrantino movie. Never again!!"

Cons: "PAID $40 per carry-on - which I have seen "free/included" on other airlines. Every seat selection had a price $11-$16, including standard seating. On the flight, I had a $2 soda pop, as it was not included. In other words, every possible step or choice has a price. If Frontier comes on top of KAYAK, please read details and ADD UP THE COSTS. After the above 3 items, I DID NOT SAVE with Frontier and should have chosen another airline."
Cons: "First of all, they charged me to check into my flight. My $131 ticket turned into $183 and I hadn't even checked in for the way back. Not only did I have to pay for a seat at check in, but I had to pay $40 to brin a carry on!!!! So what the heck did my ticket pay for?!?! Once I choked down the extra $53, I went to the gate and the flight was cancelled. The gate attendant offered a refund or to put me on a flight the next day. He wouldn't look at other airlines for me. The only nice thing they did was make the refund process easy on the phone, since I had to leave the terminal to find another ticket counter to help me. I will not be flying frontier. Ever."

Cons: "Surprised with carry-on fee for my bag that would've simply fit under seat by my feet. Though, gentleman at counter was very kind and explained details of how Frontier works and why able to keep flights at lower price. Flight delayed, which understandably happens. The concerning issue was there was not a single agent anywhere to be found to explain incoming flight was running behind and delay was only a half hour. Simply said, it was strange that there was not a single representative to update the customers with details, and calm angry travelers with schedules to keep."

I got to the airport to find out my flight was canceled there were no emails sent to me about this until after I got all the way back to Tucson.I was home about an hour when the email came about the cancelled flight. I am very disappointed in the fact that it was such a simple thing to do.an email!!!!!!!!! by the way I got two emails wanting me to do early check in and pick my seat.I was very inconvenienced by this.A four hour drive for nothing and a $100 in fuel for my truck. I called frontier and the said tough, take it up with the people I got the ticket from.THAT WOULD BE YOU. any COMPENSATION??"

Pros: "I liked that the plane was mostly clean, as it was new most likely, and that the ticket was very well priced. The cabin seemed spacious and well lit and the trim leather seats are a great modern design that were just as comfortable as all of the cushion seats on other planes."

Pros: "Eventually the flight got us where we need to go and the staff seemed a little tired but managed to smile and keep a positive attitude despite the plane full of disgruntled passengers. Not an easy task so kudos to the crew. I was flying back to Texas for a family reunion with my 2 kids and my girlfriend. The way your company handles this situation will help me further decide on whether I use your airlines in the future."
Cons: "Please see the above, being delayed 3 times for a total of 5 hours, being given food vouchers after we had already eaten that were only good for certain shops between certain times and can only be used for food items not gifts. Being given flight vouchers per passenger instead of being given to myself who purchased the 4 flights. My kids are underage and not working they cannot afford the airfare I believe the vouchers given as an apology that cannot be used in this fashion. Had the vouchers been given to me, perhaps my girlfriend and I could fly somewhere this spring perhaps to a friend's wedding. Because the flight vouchers or individual it comes across as a marketing ploy knowing that they will not be used, an insincere apology. I believe that the credit should be at the purchaser's discretion. That would make me a much happier customer. The way the situation is handled will help me further decide on whether I use your airline in the future.
