Luckily my brother was so proactive that he was able to re-schedule a flight for the 19th."

Cons: "Front desk check in guy in Orlando was a bit shady. Asked that we pay for our check-in bags with cash and wanted 10$ cash to put our seats together. I did not give him cash and had to ask for a reciept for the checked bags. We were 4 hours early for check in."

But the almost / hours we spent sitting on the runway in Little Rock for the limited amount of medical supplies, that could of been replenished in Dallas was a waste of every passenger on that flights time"
Cons: "1st time flying Frontier in many years. Website early check in was a chore. $10 to select a seat, $40 / carry on, no reclining seats, no entertainment, no free drink / snacks service. This may be where the industry is heading, but not for us. Will not fly Frontier again."
