Boarding process was disjointed and weird. Understaffed desk at gate and resulting overwhelm precluded any boarding announcements! Flight itself was fine, with good crew and adequate service. On time with no major delays.

Great staff nice planes.

Boarded late and then sat on plane for 45 minutes because of a clerical error...whatever that means. Then only one truck to deice plane, adding more time to our take off.

Cons: "The redesign of seats means that very few of Delta's planes can actually accommodate a sherpa-style pet carrier, even though they are an industry standard for in-cabin travel. Further complicating the problem is that the clearance under the seat varies depending where in the cabin you're seated. It's become an extremely stressful proposition for which I have the privilege of paying an extra +$100 each way whilst having to give up one of my carry ons. As far as I can see, the charge is just straight up greed, since no one would be able to use the space beneath the seat in front of me, anyway, and carrying on my cat cause zero extra work for the crew. I'm going to have rethink my loyalty to Delta. At least with Southwest, they'll let me check two bags for no additional cost."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed due to weather, which I was fine with as I wanted to fly home in the safest conditions, and I do trust the captains decision. However, upon arrival, we were stuck on the runway for 3 hours!!!! Our flight landed at 1, we did not exit plane until 3:40. They were not curtious enough to give us accurate time frames on when we would be allowed off. They told us 40 minutes initially, obviously was a lie. We did not receive updates whatsoever. We had to stay seated the entire time with seat belts even though we were not moving!! I got up to use the restroom and was instructed to sit back down even though attendants were aware that we were not moving and were not getting off any time soon. A 2 hour flight turned into 5 hours on the plane instead so of course many passengers needed to use the restroom. Flight attendants offered no avail with extra attention, drinks, snacks or even by allowing fussy babies to be strolled down the aisle as the aircraft was completely still until the last 3-5 minutes when we FINALLY pulled to a terminal. We had to have a terminal when southwest would have gladly brought stairs to our flight so we could at least wait inside a less compact space, such as the airport, for luggage. I know of many people on our flight who missed connecting flights, which I'm sure AA did nothing to accommodate. By the end of it all, my family member who originally was going to pick us up from airport went home as he waited over 3 hours for me to get off the plane. I had to pay a taxi cab to bring me home and did not make it home until 6am when it was all said and done. To add insult to injury, the flight attendants did not even thank us for our patience or have the decency to address said issue. Never flying AA again."

I ended up watching 1 movie "Superman vs Batman" that was 1 of 4 options of movies that come with the $25.95 package. Other movies available are an additional $5.99 to "rent". Wow...ruined."

When I offered my rebuke she scolded me and said the luggage would be there before me....how the hell is that supposed to happen? To make matter worse the flight "attendants" stopped serving half way and when they started again I got trapped by the bathroom and did not get back to my seat in time to enjoy a beverage....not that I was offered one."

An hour turned to 1.5 and I was sure I would miss my best friend's wedding. The flight attendants were put in a horrible position - a flight full of delayed pasangers and they had nothing to do with it. The attendants and pilot were SO accomodating and empathetic and assured me they were in a good position to make up time. Between your staff and the free directTV and the fact that I made my flight with 5 minutes to spare....my trip was saved!"

He was EXTREMELY rude and continued to harass us and followed us after we checked in and we're already at the security check point. It's $25 to check a bag but if you check 2 bags their website says its $35 for both. We were charged $50 to check two bags. Even after Guilermo told both of us that they wouldn't charge us for the second bag to be checked. The guy that checked our bags was also extremely rude and clearly didn't care. Once we started boarding the flight several passengers had to check their bags at the gate because there "wasn't enough room on the plane". Not really sure how this was fair since we had just paid $50 to check two bags and were lied to about it when several people just checked their bags for free. We chose to fly with United because of the good deals they have on flights but after our experience I would MUCH rather pay more money and have a lot better customer service. We had such a horrible experience it almost ruined our first day of our week long trip. I'm. It really sure if it's obvious to the employees of United but traveling for most people is a very special occasion. This occasion happen to be a very special one to us as it was a family vacation and seeing family we haven't seen in years. The poor attitudes and rude demeanor from the United staff is all we could think about even after we reached our destination."

There was no information provided to me to go to United, which was in Terminal 2. After making a phone call to Brussles Airlines, I ended up getting to the check in gate ten minutes after boarding started. It was a lovely rest of the trip after that though! But please include partner information im the email next time!"
