Cons: My second (of three) flights was late. United texted me that my next gate was a “2 minute walk” from my arrival gate. Instead, it was a 15 minute walk plus a shuttle bus away. The gate didn’t change, the info was just wrong. Fortunately, my third flight was delayed about 30 minutes. But this also was not communicated in the United text until late.

Pros: Crew was great, very generous with snacks and beverages, and prior to boarding we were able to switch flights and seats without problem. All the Delta agents were extremely helpful, and had great customer service!

Pros: We finally got here.

Cons: Communication about the delay , which gate we were leaving from, having an entertainment system that worked (they said I could use my device with the app downloaded, but it did not work, I kept getting an error).

Cons: Flight was late, so we were late for our connecting flight. We made it but our luggage didn’t. Now we are on vacation with non of our stuff. Also, it wouldn’t allow me to check in on line, so we were in one of the latest boarding groups.

Cons: On the first leg of my journey, there was a card explaining how to get inflight entertainment using the aainflight.com which worked great. However the Phoenix to Eugene leg used Boingospot but there was no card in the seat pocket explaining what needed to be put in your browser to access the entertainment portal. There were only two flight attendants on the flight and, aside from the drink service, no one ever came to the back of the plane so I could ask the question. I could have used the call button but I think that should be saved for emergencies. I think the information on how to access the inflight entertainment should be in every seat pocket

Pros: Plane was changed Seats which we choose were not given to us. My wife’s seat did not recline!!

Austin baggage services was closed and check in attendants were unablento help me delivered the luggage that was cracked for replacement. I ended up paying for a 2nd checked bag and leave it at Miami AA baggage services for replacement.
