Pros: I was comped an upgrade to first class for the 25 minute flight. That’s something.

Cons: A flight that was already 39 minutes late to board, was another 50 minutes late to take off. You really do get what you pay for.

Pros: The crew was courteous and helpful. The cabin was clean and seat was comfortable.

Cons: Aircraft interior was a bit dated. Entertainment was via handheld device either your own or one provided by the airline.

Cons: sat on the tarmac for 3 hours because the pilot was late.

Pros: I asked at the gate to change my seat in row 30 because I was not next to my husband. The crew arranged this! Loved the leg room! Service was perfect.

Cons: If you choose basic economy and have only a personal item (packing lite), they will not let you check in online ahead of time.

Cons: Respect passenger seat selection - we were downgraded from economy plus to economy with non reclining seats! Flight crew rude - referring to passengers as “bodies”!!! Entertainment system not working. Internet does not work on most of the flight!!

Pros: The crew was great. The flight arrived on time even though there was a mechanical delay.

Pros: The AA staff was incredibly nice to us. The facilities our check in at DCA that got us on faster and the staff at CLT very nicely got us on to an earlier flight. They were awesome!

Cons: The entertainment options are great but the interface is annoying and difficult to use. -connecting to the WiFi was wonky -working between the apps and browser page was annoying -rewind/fast forward controls overly sensitive

Cons: Honestly? Not much could have been worse. Long delays, rude employees, lost bag with no help at all a day later. Say on tarmac for 2 hours with no AC. A piece of the plane fell off onto me the flight attendant did zero I’ve also had some shining star experiences but this flight wasn’t one of them.

Cons: My bag was checked at the gate, and I was told I could pick it up in Sint Maarten, my final destination. I arrived in Sint Maarten to learn that AA had left my luggage at Charlotte Airport, despite having landed 30 minutes early.

Pros: We were allowed to board early with my father, who is disabled.

Cons: Denver airport was a nightmare with my disabled father. We were given a “wheelchair” but no escort through a nightmarish security scene. Airport is terribly designed, lacking clear signage and navigation. TSA was a disaster and no one seemed remotely concerned about my father’s comfort or needs.

Cons: Actually getting the flight I paid for. Or at least getting a one way flight, like I should've had. Arrived at my destination 4 hours late.

Cons: The airport at Chicago always keeps me on the tarmac arriving OR departing. One of my least favorite airports, and almost always my last pick.

Pros: the video controller in the headrest of the seat ahead of me. you could see the flight pattern, speed, temperature outside and other specs, which were interesting.

Cons: once again, the delta crew does not maintain their planes properly. during the taxi stage to get to the airway to lift off, there was a horrendous growling sound coming from the plane............seems like their hydraulic system is not maintained very well at all and it made a howling sound throughout the plane all the way to take off! we were wondering if there was something wrong with the plane.

Pros: The range of 'free' food and beverages (including beer, wine, and liquor was phenomenal, and the functionality of the 777 touch-screen was outstanding. Seating was also more comfortable than comparable flights on AA.

Cons: I'm a frequent flyer with AA; it's very dissapointing that I have missed my connections with AA about 60% of the time this year. I don't know what's going on with the airline, but it seems they are falling behind the curve in terms of punctuality. Seriously thinking about changing airlines.

Cons: Entertainment on the plane (American Airlines Airbus A321) didn’t exist, unless you had the AA app and purchased the WiFi plan from the airline. Only food offered was a breakfast cookie for economy passengers.

Cons: The gate agent hurried ineffectively to board our slightly delayed flight (around 10 min). She left open the Priority Lane and boarded all pax there, having to step 4 steps to the left to scan every boarding pass.
